break my heart again -yeonbin-

september 17th (the year before)
"stop staring at me" yeonjun shyly said.
"i can't help it, your hot"
the couple were at yeonjun's school football game. yeonjun pretended like he understood what was going on and stared straight at the field.
soobin wasn't interested in the game, but in yeonjun. he was staring at him the whole time which made yeonjun feel shy.
yeonjun can't keep eye contact with anyone at all. it makes him nervous. he felt even more nervous when all soobin was doing is look at him.
everytime he'd turn his head to the side, he's met with soobin's eyes. yeonjun could only look for 2 seconds and immediately turn to the field again.
the tingling sensation in yeonjun's stomach roared even more as soobin kept inching closer to him.
"your not close to me" soobin complained as usual. "what are you talking about, my thigh is literally touching yours??"
"yeah but your still not close enough... how about you sit on my lap?" soobin innocently suggested.
yeonjun's eyes widened, "no what the hell, there are so many parents around us and they keep staring"
soobin interlocked his hands with yeonjun's and pulled him along. they went down the stairs and under the bleachers.
it was so obvious what they wanted but they were nervous. they walked around for a bit until they reached the end.
soobin reached forward to take off yeonjun's mask but the other wouldn't budge. "wait not right now"
he knew yeonjun was nervous so he grabbed him and tried to kiss him.
yes "tried" because he ended up making yeonjun hit his head on a low ceiling.
"what the hell?! my head hurts now and i'm not gonna kiss you anymore" yeonjun wasn't upset but his head actually really hurt.
soobin grabbed his hand again and walked him to a better area for their long ass bodies. as they were walking, soobin apologized and kissed the other on the head.
yeonjun tired to pretend to be mad but he couldn't help smiling. his boyfriend is so cute. "okay fine MAYBE i'll kiss you"
soobin immediately bent down and kissed him so that he couldn't get shy and interrupt him (soobin) again.
after they pulled away, yeonjun couldn't look back up. the butterflies in his stomach were going wild. he was glad soobin would be his first and only kiss. he threatened the taller that he'd cut his lips off if he dared to kiss anyone else.
for the next 20 minutes all they did was steal kisses from each other. nothing intense just pecks. normally yeonjun would be too embarrassed to kiss in public but he completely forgot the people walking around them. he was too immersed in his boyfriend to worry about others.
he decided to give soobin one of his hoodies in exchange for soobin's childhood teddy bear. it was a cute little red bear that held a heart in its arms and a mesh bow knot around the neck.
yeonjun adores stuffed animals so he needed to sacrifice his poor hoodie. he of course wanted one of soobin's too but he couldn't take the risk of his parents finding it.
a while later soobin had to go and leave behind a sad yeonjun. "do you really have to go? can't you tell your dad to wait a bit?" he said with a pout.
sadly soobin's dad couldn't wait so they said their goodbyes but not before they kissed a billion more times.
soobin kept kissing him even after he (yeonjun) told him to stop but he wasn't complaining. yeonjun was taken by surprise when was suddenly twirling in soobin's arms, lips still pressed.
yeonjun finally pried soobin off with a goodbye hug and waved until he was too far to be seen.
the football game was left unwatched. yeonjun's school lost. he didn't care about it anyways but he missed soobin already.

"ugh why does my brain keep torturing me with all these memories" yeonjun whispered to himself with a tear sliding down his face as he clutched the red teddy named "bear" in his arms.
