𝙔𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙛𝙛 𝘾𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚, 𝙪𝙝- 𝙮𝙚𝙝

Zhongli
He's an Archon.
He's killed countless other Gods and crushed an immeasurable amount of lives during the War.
What makes you think he won't kill for you?
The first time he'd met you, you were just arriving in Liyue. Curled up on the floor in your new house and holding your Vision close as you slept, tears still rolling down your face from when your cried yourself to sleep.
You were from Inazuma, weren't you?
He could tell from the design of your Vision's border.
A friend. A friend was what you'd asked for.
You got way more than that, sweetheart.
You got a God.
Zhongli found himself intrigued by you. You were clearly someone who had knowledge of battle.
Yet you were quite a jumpy one.
At first, he thought you were like any other human.
But as time passed and he got to know you better, he found himself liking you more and more.
It was the small things, really.
The way you'd sleep till noon and spend the rest of the day helping out around Liyue the best you could.
You were a hard worker, quite a clever little one, and you clearly knew what you were doing as you slowly yet surely built relationships with the inhabitants of the Harbor.
Zhongli... wanted to know more about you.
It wasn't difficult, doing a little nudging here and a little pulling there before you scored a job at the Funeral Parlor.
As his personal assistant.
You were a little nervous during your first time meeting each other but since Zhongli had been around you for a while, he understood how to interact with you.
And that made communication far easier for the two of you, giving you enough courage to open up a little.
Zhongli had thought he knew everything about you but it turns out, he was far from it. You surprised him time and time again. That was what he liked about you.
The seemingly endless amount of surprises you held.
His little interest in you quickly developed into something more like infatuation as you interacted more. Infatuation then something like yearning.
As you two grew closer and Zhongli's feelings towards you increased, he found himself feeling irritated when you looked at others with that dazzled look in your eyes.
He even felt a little jealous whenever you would desperately ask some random mortal to marry you.
Ah, wait. My apologies.
He wasn't just a little jealous.
He was fucking enraged.
Sure, Zhongli wanted to live amongst his people peacefully and had fulfilled his duties as Liyue's Archon.
His sins weighed heavily on him but seeing you look at others so sweetly left him feeling rather irritated.
You surely wouldn't mind if Zhongli kept you all to himself... right? You were in his Nation, after all.
Zhongli wanted you to be his and his only.
If you objected, that'd be quite a pity.
No worries, you'd learn to love him eventually.
After all... it's not like you have a choice.
The fear in your eyes when you realize who he was and what exactly he'd done just to have you all to himself makes him a little sad.
He knows what he's doing is wrong.
But really, he doesn't care.
As long as he has his darling all to himself, he's perfectly content. It doesn't matter who he has to kill, nobody is going to take you away from him.
And don't bother trying to leave.
You won't like what happens if he catches you.
Kamisato Ayato
Ayato always found you cute.
From the way you'd jump whenever he'd manage to sneak up on you or the way you would complain whenever he teased you about your reactions.
You were his little safe island amidst the sea which was his responsibilities as the Yashiro Commissioner.
Now, Ayato is a kind man. He's sweet, easy to get along with, has a sense of responsibility, knows when to be serious, has a playful side and is quite charming.
But there's one itty bitty other thing that is important to know about the young Commissioner.
He really doesn't like to share.
Seeing others near you leaves him feeling bitter and annoyed, so much so that he even considers handling the little annoyance himself.
Of course, he's a busy person and has to have others do the dirty work for him. Much to his disappointment.
As much as he hates being unable to strangle- uh, I mean have a nice conversation with these ignorant little fools who like to linger near you, he has things to do and can't do it himself.
Yes, yes, he's busy but he will always make time for you. Your sweet voice and cute little habits are always enough to give him energy and motivate him.
It's quite a pity that he can't spend more time with you but Ayato wouldn't want to dump his work on some other unfortunate soul.
Funny.
Killing is okay but dumping work on others isn't.
Anywho, Ayato doesn't do exceptions.
If someone close to him gets a little too comfortable with you, Thoma for example, he won't hesitate to give them a little scare in order to keep them away.
If that doesn't work, then he'll send someone.
And if all else fails... well... let's just say that Ayato's work will be postponed for a little while.
After a while, Ayato decides that you wandering out and about is going to be troublesome. And no, sending someone to watch over you won't cut it either.
Eventually, he'll start inviting you to sit with him as he works. He does such a good job at keeping you busy and keeping your attention on him, you don't even notice that you have no way of leaving the estate.
When you try to leave, you'll immediately sense something off. You've been trained by one of the greatest swordsmen in the century.
When it finally clicks and you realize there's no way of reasoning with your dear friend, you're already reaching for something... anything that can be used as a weapon.
You're skilled, yes, but so is Ayato.
You do put up quite a fight and goodness, your strength makes the young Commissioner smile.
It's sad that your skill will go to waste but Ayato can't have you harming those delicate hands of yours. No more fighting for you!
Oop, and while we're at it, why not snatch your Vision too! There, now you can't do anything but rely on Ayato!
Despite your protests, Ayato insists that it's for your own good and that he's doing it to protect you.
This is wrong, all of it. Yet, somehow, this man has managed to convince himself that he's doing it for you.
Because he loves you.
Ha, what a joke.
It's clear that this man isn't fhe one you once laughed and smiled with during the Summer Festival the year before.
This man is completely different.
No matter how much he looks or acts like the sweet Ayato you once knew. This sick piece of trash is obsessed with you.
So much so that he wants you all to himself.
Oh yeah, it wouldn't be wise to anger him
He's not afraid to break a couple of your bones.
I mean, he does find fear to be a good look on you.
Haiyang
He was once a ruthless God who slaughtered others and ruined lives for his own entertainment.
He was sealed away and then, hundreds of years later, he got his first true friend. You.
Sweet yet capable of fighting.
Jumpy yet still loyal to loved ones.
Desperate for love but still able to think clearly.
Haiyang liked you. A lot.
Your affection filled the holes in his hollow heart and made him want to be more to you. More than just a friend.
He would become a better person just for you.
But... old habits die hard.
You weren't his yet but he was yours. He was gladly let you call him yours if that was what you wanted.
To be loved by you was all that he desired now and he was willing to go to extreme lengths in order for it happen.
His misdeeds and decisions from the past make him sick and the actions he takes now for your love only make him feel even worse.
But he's addicted to your soft voice and kind words of comfort. You don't look at him any differently despite the things he's done.
Stop.
Stop smiling at him.
He won't be able to control himself.
Every time he harms another for you, Haiyang knows it's wrong. The guilt gnaws at him everyday and you unknowingly assure him that what he's done is in the past.
Eventually, he stops feeling guilty about the things he's done for you. And that feeling of peace is nice.
More and more blood stains his hands yet you still smile at him and your gaze never changes.
He really can't do anything to get you to hate him, can he? The thought makes his empty heart flutter.
So... if you will always be his friend no matter what... surely you'd forgive him if he kept you ti himself.
You wouldn't mind being responsible for the deaths if everyone who had the audacity to stand near you.
You wouldn't mind if Haiyang slaughtered millions just to give you the world, right?
Haiyang would do anything for you.
Even throw away all the work he's done to become a better living being. Forget being good.
Forget being humane.
He's no human. He's no mortal.
He's a god and he will take what he wants.
Even if you hate him, he won't stop.
You did promise. To always be his friend.
No matter what he did.
The unconditional kindness you show him was mistaken for love and he's heartbroken when you look at him in distress after realizing what he's become.
He just wants you to smile at him again.
To speak to him in that soft voice and to hug him tightly like you once did.
What he's done is unforgivable and it's way too late to turn back now. He's too far gone and this madness which had grown within him has driven him back to the tyrant he once was all those centuries ago.
Haiyang does what he wants when he wants.
He gets what he wants when he wants it.
You're a mortal, a fragile being.
He can have you if he wants you.
If he just kills you, fine.
At least he still has your corpse.
Ayumu
Ayumu has always wished to protect you.
Your safety means everything to him and all he wants is for you to live a long, happy life.
The thought of you being with someone else makes him angry but he doesn't own you. He doesn't decide what you can and can't do.
As the years pass and his feelings for you only develop, he feels as though something is wrong.
How he feels irritated when you're near others.
How his thoughts are always on you.
How he constantly checks in you during the evening and always finds himself following you when you're out.
He knows something is wrong when he tries distancing himself from you and only ends up craving your presence even more than before.
Something is wrong.
And it makes Ayumu a danger to you.
So he stays away.
He stays far away but you always find him.
Ayumu hates the delight he feels whenever your hand meets his or when your eyes are locked with his.
He longs to hold you close and never let go.
Kiss you until you both can hardly breathe.
And to end the lives of whoever dares to harm or harass you. That is what scares him the most.
Thoughts of keeping you all to himself make him sick to the stomach and it isn't long before he realizes that his feelings make him a danger to you and others.
But how is he supposed to handle it when you're always worrying about him and looking for him?
He refuses to give in to this feeling.
He refuses!
Yet... all of his will crumbles when you hug him and happily say his name. Damn it, why can't you just leave him alone?
Can't you see that he's a danger to you?
To others?
His own feelings are a danger to himself!
He's gotta stay away. He's gotta stay far away.
His heart breaks when he pushes you away from him, shouting words that aren't even true.
He doesn't hate you.
He doesn't wish you were dead.
He doesn't want to kill you.
He loves you.
He wants you to live.
He wants to crush anyone who has the nerve to try to take you away from him.
Ayumu tries to stay away, he really does.
But when you cry and yell at him for lying, he just can't anymore. You asked him to stay. You wanted him to stay.
Fine. He would.
He couldn't bear to go against your request, even though leaving would be best for you and everyone else.
You wanted him to stay.
So you'd better be prepared for what happens next.
Gorou
Your scent is quite lovely.
You have unique smell. One not like any other.
It's pleasant, soothing, and Gorou has learned to distinguish it from others. That way, he always knows where you are and can't always be close by.
The warmth of your body and the sound of your heart are two of Gorou's favorite sounds and he longs to be close.
Of course, he would never admit it!
It's super embarrassing!!!
But... if you asked him to be honest, he'd tell you everything. How he'd occasionally snatch something you've held and hold it close until your scent helped him drift off to sleep.
How he'd sometimes snatch your blanket and wrap himself up in it, drifting off to sleep while imagining you stroking his tail and petting his ears.
How he fantasized going on super long walks with you and taking shelter in a small spot together when it rains so that he could be close to you.
Though Gorou is kinda obsessed with you, he'd never do anything like kill someone else.
The worst thing he's done is steal something... ahem... important and keep it with him all the time so he could always have your scent there to comfort him.
Though your scent is pretty great, nothing compares to your voice and how it sounds when you say his name.
He wants to hear your voice all the time and loves it when you bake yummy cake for him.
Just for him!
But he gets jealous when you give other people your attention. Why can't you just focus on him?
Gorou may be socially awkward but he is a pretty intimidating dude when he's really upset.
And he's a General too. He has quite a bit of influence when it comes to the other Resistance members who cling to you like bugs.
After a while, you'll notice that people are starting to ignore you. People who you once considered friends.
It's very nice that you have Gorou there to comfort you and offer you his support.
He can't help but feel a bit of pride when you go to him for comfort, fighting back tears as you talk about your problems.
Gorou may seem sweet and innocent but he's smart to the pint where it's actually terrifying.
He will find a way to turn everyone against you, even those who promised to live you unconditionally.
It won't be long until he has you all to himself.
If you pick up on this and try to get away, he might have to resort to more... forceful methods.
He won't let it get to that point.
All you'll have is him. Nobody else.
You'll be his and his alone.
Kazuha
Kazuha may have a soft voice and a comforting presence but he's not one to mess with.
Though you yourself are quite skilled with the blade, he could easily overpower you in a fight under the right conditions.
Kazuha is very observant and knows you better than you know yourself. He adores you and wishes to keep you to himself.
Of course, he doesn't want you to hate him.
Though, if you did, it wouldn't take long for him to actually resort to harming you.
It's first start of as him showing more interest in you, giving you more of his time and showing you a lot more affection than usual.
He's cunning, able to play you like a damn violin and control you without you even being aware of it.
But as soon as you start to catch wind of his odd behavior and realize that he likes you, things will go in one direction. It doesn't matter if you like him back, don't feel the same way or don't even know.
Regardless of how you feel, Kazuha will slowly but surely begin to isolate you. After all, he can't have anyone keeping you away from him.
He'll get rid of the stubborn ones first.
Those who care about you too much for his liking will have ti be disposed of. It doesn't matter who they are. He'll fine a way.
A way which can be labeled as an accident.
After that's taken care of, he'll handle the weaker ones until all you have left is him.
You can only go to him.
You can only talk to him.
Nobody else will help you.
Sure, he could just peacefully live alongside you but nah. He's gotta make sure everything is perfect.
If you realize what's happening, Kazuha needs to have complete control over you so that you can't leave him.
Eventually, you'll know.
It's inevitable that you'll figure it out.
When you do, your decisions will decide what happens.
Kazuha is fully aware that his actions are sick asf and aren't something that he should be doing but to be honest, he doesn't care enough to stop.
He believed you belong to him and that you should not interact with any other human being.
In fact, if you make one wrong move, he won't hesitate to lock you up somewhere.
At this point, the Kazuha you knew is gone.
In his place is a sick bastard who is too smart and will not hesitate to hurt you if you try to escape.
If you do manage to leave, you'll want to stay in the move. Settling down somewhere isn't an option.
Nature is on his side. The trees have ears and the grass is ready to give away your location at any time.
Hell, your best method at evading Kazuha would be to retreat to the Abyss and stay there for good.
But even so, he might it even find you there.
He'll drag you back ti whatever hell hole he keeps you in and will not hesitate to break you if you try fighting back.
You really don't want to kill him.
He was once your friend.
But if given the chance, you might want to.
Y'know, stab him a couple hundred times.
He won't let you go as long as he's still breathing.
Thoma
Thoma is far more sinister than you may think.
You see him as the sweet, animal-loving, supportive, charming young man who you often go to for help with cooking a new dish or sewing up your favorite outfit.
He's so affectionate and kind towards you that you can't help but trust him wholeheartedly.
His charming facade which he puts up has you fooled.
Thoma is obsessed with you, I'm just going to say it and he hates it when others flirt with you.
He likes your friends, they're pretty cool, and he really doesn't mind them being around.
You aren't a couple yet but Thoma can't help but get irritated when other people express interest in you.
So, he used your trust in him to his advantage.
It's sad, really.
How easily you believe him when he says that someone is only after you for your body.
Or if some sweet person with good intentions is actually trying to just use them.
Thoma's honey-sweet words woven withies and deception eventually wear down your trust in others and slowly but surely make him dependent on him.
Thoma is good with people, honestly. It's no surprise that so many like him and adore him.
Nobody suspects him when that fisherman who had giving you extra shrimp goes missing after a week.
Nobody questions that odd taste of the mystery meat platter Thoma offers to some Doushin.
You don't suspect anything when Thoma tells you more and more lies and you find yourself depending on him more and more.
Thoma loves you very much and only wants the best for you. He knows what he's doing and doesn't care about the fact that is makes him a sociopathic asshole.
All he cares about is you.
He only wants you.
If all goes well, he will have you.
And nobody will stand in his way.
He's patient, carefully carrying out his plan while sill making sure you're completely unaware of it.
Oh yeah, if you finally pick up on what he's doing and try to get away, Thoma will definitely track you down.
He knows a lot of people after all.
It won't be long until he chats and negotiates his way into having you back in his embrace once more.
Look at the bright side!
At least he cooks for you!
Araraki Itto
Itto absolutely adores you.
You're just so cute and precious, ugh.
He'd honestly do anything for you! Anything you ask of him, he'll have it done as soon as possible!
He's a little clingy and treats anything you give to him as though it's the most precious thing in the entire world.
He doesn't quite worship the ground you walk on but is always happy for your attention and does everything he can to impress you.
As soon as you mention that you're thirsty, he's by your side with your favorite drink ready.
If you're hungry, he'll get you food!
If you ask him, he'll even get a damn job!
Itto doesn't try to isolate, manipulate or harm you. He doesn't even bother hurting anyone else!
Though, if you asked him nicely, he'd gladly cripple a couple of Doushin for you without any hesitation.
He's very well behaved when you're around and does his best not to get into any trouble.
You mean the world to him and even if you don't return his feelings, just being able to do things for you and to be in your presence is enough for him.
Your friendship is everything to him and if you don't want to be more, he won't complain or try to push a relationship.
Itto is just glad to exist near you and will always support you no matter what.
He does get jealous easily but that can easily be handled with a little bit of praise and some compliments.
But, if you do return his feelings, he'll be the happiest Oni in the entire universe.
He really appreciates you because of the fact that you don't mind him being an Oni. And for that, he loves you!
He'd lose his way if anything were to happen to you and he would have no idea what to do with himself.
To him, only you matter.
As long as you're alive, he will continue to push forward no matter who or what stands in his way.
