Kira yawned and rubbed her eyes. Sitting up in the guest bed she had been curled up on. Miso was curled up right next to her, purring against her waist.
She got up and slipped on some house shoes. She noticed no one else was upstairs anymore, checking the time she saw it was ten o'clock.
She walked down the hall, wearing basketball shorts that were too big for her and another one of Katsuki's shirts. She really has been just stealing all of his shit these past few days.
He likes it though, even though he tried to act aggravated. Kira knew, he thought it was cute.
She walked to the bottom of the stairs and then stopped. In her tired stupper she noticed two extra streams of thoughts. That she recognized.
Oh God her uncle was here.

Katsuki glared as his mother pushed his head down in a bow. Her and his father did the same to his teachers.
His parents had just given them permission to watch over him in the UA dorm system. It didn't take all that much convincing either. She referenced some interview that Bakugou hadn't watched but definitely would check out after this.
He looked up through his bangs and locked eyes with Kira, who was peeking into the room from the doorway. Katsuki knew she was avoiding her uncle. "They don't know, I told my mom he was funny about that stuff."
He told her mentally.
He didn't know why he had been so pissed when he found out about her quirk. It made it so easy to communicate with her silently.
She nodded and ducked back. Bakugou was finally allowed to raise his head again after a few seconds of it being pushed down. He glared at his mother who hit the back of his head. But it was more gentle than earlier.
He was just pissed she called him weak.
He sat there as the adults kept talking about the dorms. Aizawa talked about the security procautions and how they would possibly have a day soon for parents to visit and how it would impact his schedule and learning.
Blah blah blah.
Katsuki glanced at the doorway again as Miso started strutting into the living room. Then a hand came from the outside and grabbed her by her back legs, sliding her back into the foryer.
Katsuki tried not to laugh as the cat was yoinked back by Kira.
"Are there any other concerns?" All Might asked. Katsuki looked away from the door but... He didn't look towards the blonde man.
He couldn't.
The man was a shell of his former self and he hated to look at him. Look at what he had done to him.
"Nope!" Mrs Bakugou said with a smile.
Aizawa started to stand up.
"Well if that's all then-"
"Wait." Katsuki said, looking up. It was the first time he'd spoken seriously this entire meeting. But there was something about his expression that looked much different than he had earlier.
He looked serious, even a little worried.
"I know I spoke with the police about everything that happened." He said, looking at Mr Aizawa, who slowly sat back down. "But there's something that I wanted to tell you."
The man frowned and nodded. He had heard a brief outline of what happened. Asking the police if anything horrible had happened. But as far as they knew he was just tied up and talked to. They tried to convince him to join their side and such.
"There was a woman there. She talked about you specifically. A few times actually." Katsuki said, nodding at his teacher. "She said you were a liar and a thief. And that she wanted you... That she wanted you dead or some shit."
Bakugou's parents raised their eyebrows and looked over at the teacher for his reaction. His eyebrows knit together in thought. "Who was she?"
"Not sure, just some old chick." Katsuki shrugged. "She claimed you stole something from her, and said she wanted it back."
"What did she look like?" Eraserhead asked him. Trying to rack his brain for any idea about who she was. Because if it was a villain he knew, maybe he had information that could help the investigation.
"Older, fifties probably. She had short white hair styled weird. Yellow eyes, turns into a giant snow beast when you try to fight her."
Katsuki said, trying to describe her as best he could. "Lots of Botox."
"Hm... I'm not quite sure if I've ever faught her before. At least not directly." Aizawa genuinely thinking of anyone he knew that matched the description. "Maybe I did something to someone she knew." He mumbled.
"Did they call her Mama?"
Another voice asked. Standing in the doorway was Kira, hugging Miso in her arms dressed in Bakugou's pajamas.
"Kira!" All Might stood, absolutely flabbergasted at her sudden appearance.
"What... When..."
"Did they?" Kira asked Katsuki nervously. Miso letting out a small meow.
"Yeah... Yeah they did." Katsuki nodded. Frowning. "Kira what's wrong?" He asked standing up, so did both the teachers and the parents. Because something was wrong. Kira looked upset.
She looked terrified.
"Oh my God." She whispered, Miso jumped out of her arms and walked to the couch. Ducking under it like she did in Kira's apartment.
"Kokoa?" Aizawa asked, nervously.
"Aizawa it's me." She whispered, locking eyes with the man.
"What are you talking about?" All Might asked with a frown.
"You stole, me." Kira said, shaking her head.
She backed up a few steps. "Oh my God..."
"Kira it's going to be okay." Her uncle said, him and Mr Aizawa stepped around the couch.
"It's not okay!" Kira shook her head again. "She knows me... she knows... She.. she..." Panic flashed over her eyes, she couldn't focus on any one detail. Everything was getting fuzzy, she could hear the blood rushing past her ears.
Mrs Bakugou just looked around, holding her husband's arm. She didn't know all the details about Kira's past. In fact she knew practically nothing aside from her parent's death.
She grabbed her hair and shook her head over and over again. It had been awhile since she had had a sort of panic attack. Been forever since it happened infront of people, but she wasn't thinking about that.
The blurry face from her memories cleared. The woman who she had met in that cold cell of a room. Yellow eyes and red lipstick.
The woman that had held a gun to her head while talking to her like she was an idiotic baby for no longer wanting to help her.
The monster that crushed bones and ripped men apart for information.
The twisted woman who offered to let Kira call her "Momma" and other terms of affection used for mothers.
Kira thought she was dead. Kira had been sure of it. Aizawa had told her that everyone involved with that gang had either died in the explosion or was apprehended afterwards. He told her the leader was dead.
But maybe she wasn't the leader. Maybe she somehow managed to avoid leaving any suspicion of involvement.
"Hey kid." A male voice said. Kira was barely listening, hands over her ears. Someone put their hands on her shoulders but she fell forward. They caught her and held her up. "It's gonna be fine Kira." Mr Aizawa said, eyebrow's knit together in concern as he held her up. "We'll keep you safe Kira. I swear it."
Kira didn't pay much attention to his promise. She just cried.
"Katsuki." Bakugou's mother whispered. "What's going on? Why is she upset?" She asked in concern.
"Kira..." Katsuki cleared his throat. "Kira was kidnapped as a little girl. I think... I think the villain I met was involved in it." He told her. Clinching his fists tightly.
"You don't understand." Kira mumbled. "She's dangerous Mr Aizawa."
"I do understand Kira, but I promise you aren't in any danger." Aizawa told her again.
"I've seen her kill people Mr Aizawa." Kira shook her head, obviously too panicked to think straight. "So many people." She whispered shaking her head frantically. "And she's gonna want to kill me too, because I st-stopped helping her."
"No one is going to kill you Kira, it will all be okay." Her uncle said from her side, putting a hand on her shoulder as Mr Aizawa held her up. "You're in shock, you need to sit down." He told her gently. "Breath Kira, breath."
She looked at her uncle and took in a shuddering breath. Aizawa moved her and Mr Bakugou awkwardly pushed an armchair over towards her to sit down in.
She breathed in again.
"Good, that's good." All Might nodded, putting his hand on hers.
"I'll get her some water." Mr Bakugou mumbled, probably just finding something he could do that would be considered helpful.
Kira sat in the chair for awhile, taking deep breaths guided by her uncle. She was calming down now able to think more clearly. Katsuki stood behind her chair, there for her if she needed. Doing his best to only think reassuring thoughts until she was calm again.
Drinking the cold water Mr Bakugou provided.
Her eyes glazed over as she listened to all of their words. Knowing that they weren't true.
Nothing was going to be okay.
