The real reason Kora accepted Nezu's invite? The dress code. Or rather lack thereof.

UA gave creative freedom. Meaning all she had to do was wear the standard uniform skirt and top. Other than that she could accessorise with basically anything.

Princeton could go suck a dick.

Kira clipped her hair back with a silver star hair clip. She applied eyeliner and brown eyeshadow, with a little bit of sparkly white. She put a matte lipstick on. Was it overkill for school? Yeah probably, but she liked putting on makeup and she had definitely missed it when attending Princeton. She had black tights with a few holes in them under her skirt. She also had a pair of doc martens with beads on the laces.

Kira looked in the mirror one last time and ruffled up the hair that wasn't clipped back. Then she grabbed her bag, a messenger bag with a bunch of collected pins on it Before heading out the door.

She was mildly worried about starting a new school. First off, Kira didn't do good with people. Second off, people at that school knew her already and she hadn't made the best impression on any of them. Thirdly, the rumor of her being quirkless would spread like wildfire. Especially with Iida and Momo in her class.

Nezu's solution to her quirky little problem was to just: Not say anything about her quirk. Not saying she's quirkless, not saying she's a mind-reader. Let people assume what they want.

She actually kinda liked this plan. Nezu had taken it up on himself to update her quirk in her medical records to: "confidential"

The only other staff member he informed was the school nurse; Recovery Girl.
He hadn't even suggested telling All Might.
Who was incredibly shocked when she asked him to sign her transfer papers. He also seemed to believe he'd have to watch over her all year to make sure she doesn't... Break.

Which was a major possibility.

With extreme training and possible future villain attacks she might not live to see the end of the year.

But she was willing to take that chance if it got her out of Princeton. Plus she'd be right under Aizawa.

Aizawa being the only pro hero she actually liked or respected. He was literally her hero. She really liked the guy, he was totally chill. He also seemed to be fond of her after that whole incident she went through as a kid.

Her skateboard flew over the ground as she pushed every so often. Until she got to the infamous UA hill. With gravity against her she had no choice but too take one of the busses up there.
She looked around, chunky headphones over her ears. A rock song from the 80s blasting louder than the thoughts of the people around her. Only a few spared her glances, everyone was preoccupied with themselves. The only ones who cared were people who hadn't seen her before and were questioning if she was a new UA student or not.

She ran to her classroom, just barely on time. Aizawa was standing there waiting for her with his arms crossed. "Late on your first day?" He grumbled.

"Only by like two minutes. I didn't know how long it would take to get here." She said, crossing her arms back.

"It's her guardian's job to get her here." He thought in slight anger. Aizawa had been worried for her after learning about the death of her parents. He seemed to be even more angry about how her current guardian was treating his duties.

Aizawa didn't seem to like All might much.

Kira smiled. "I can take care of myself." She said with a grin. "So what's the game plan? Do I just walk in and act like I've been going here for weeks?"

"Of course not, stay out here and I'll introduce you. They're not expecting this." Aizawa mumbled. "They're definitely going to question it, with the USJ incident only a few days ago."

He pulled something from his pocket. "Nezu told me to give this to you." It was a small device. She took it and realized it was an mp3 player.

"Fuck yeah." She said. "What's it for?" She turned it on and looked it over.

"He figured that listening to music while taking tests or reading with help cancel out hearing the thoughts of others." He stated. "You complained about it to him right?"

"Yeah, I can barely read shit with all of that racket." She said, plugging her headphones into the device.

"He put the music together, so I'm assuming it's classical." He mumbled. "This is Another thing about you the students are going to question."

Kira waved him off. "People have been questioning me all my life. I'm an expert at dealing with it."

"Whatever you say kid." Aizawa sighed. "Wait until I ask you to come in... I'm going to break the news to my students."

"I'm a new student, not a plague." Kira said, shoving the Mp3 player and her headphones into her bag.

"Sure." He thought sarcastically, but Kira didn't miss the affection he felt towards her.
He walked into the room.

Kira stood with her back against the wall. Absorbing the thoughts of her new classmates. "Settle down." Aizawa said. Then he had to repeat himself a little more loudly.

"Settle down." Mr Aizawa said. Some students scampered to their seats while others continued their conversations. Unaware of their teacher. "I said settle down." He said again. The remaining students rushed to sit down.

Aizawa's eyes were a glowing red under his bandages. Yesterday he had explained to them how he was fine and would still be teaching as normal.

And now he had to tell them about their new classmate. He knew Kira was waiting at the door, likely listening to his words and everyone's thoughts. It's a wonder the kid hadn't gone mad listening to all this shit her entire life.

"Listen up." He said. They watched him silently as usual. Waiting for him to speak.
"A new student is going to be joining us from now on."

They were no longer silent.

"Wait a new student? I didn't even know that was possible at UA!!"

"ARE YOU SURE THAT IS WISE AIZAWA SIR?! AFTER THE USJ ATTACK AND ALL?"

"Yeah Iida has a point. Is that a good idea?"

"Shut up!" Aizawa yelled, rolling his eyes. "Listen, I understand you might be worried because of the recent villain attack. But I assure you this student is not a danger and has been handpicked by principle Nezu to be in this class." He said. This eased some worries.

"If you have any concerns I suggest taking it up with him." Aizawa said. He didn't want any students complaining to himself. Sorry as usual he redirected them to Nezu.
"The student is a transfer from Princeton Girl's school. She's an excellent student and an acquaintance of mine. Treat her well."

"From Princeton?! That's the school with all the classy chicks!"

"Another girl!"

"Another rival."

"Just someone else that'll end up hating me."

"Transfered after the start of the semester? I don't recall that ever happening before... I should research the school history again. I was sure this was all we'd have."

"I have several acquaintances from Princeton! I wonder if I know her!"

"Yes another girl! Though we're still drastically out numbered."

"Some priss from Princeton? Girls from that school are all the same."

"Alright." He walked to the door and knocked on it. Kira ran her hands through her hair one more time before sliding open the door. "Students this is Kira Kokoa. She's your new classmate."

Kira stepped out and almost flinched at the thoughts she was bombarded with. Without the wall to shield her they were much stronger.

"KOKOA?!" Two different students thought in complete shock. Neither had expected in a million years for their former classmate to walk through that door.

A quirkless girl in the UA hero course.

It was impossible, unheard of. But here she was, standing in front of them with her hands in her pockets.

"Hot, hot, hot."

"Not what I would have expected."

"She looks wayy cooler than most girls from Princeton I've seen."

"They look the same... Is Aizawa her dad?!"

"Smash."

"She's everything I aspire to be and more. So much more. She's... She's awesome!"

"She looks... Weak."

"I... I remember her..."

Kira sighed and glanced over at Mr Aizawa.
He was waiting for her to say something. She looked back at the other students.

"Sup."
She said with a small salute.

"Okay then. Sit down next to Katsuki Bakugou, Bakugou raise your hand."

Kira looked over the students and saw a blonde boy lazily raise his hand with an eye roll. His hair was spiked up, he had piercing red eyes that glared at everyone and everything. "Can't she see the empty seat? What? Is she blind?! Is everyone blind?! Obviously we have a new student, grapeshit dropped out. Why are they so surprised." The boy's thoughts stuck out from everyone else's. They were loud.

"Shit, come on calm down." He thought, looking down at his pen. He then started to walk himself through several minor anger management exercises.

'He seems like a peach.' She thought sarcastically, walking to sit next to him.

"Psst, Kira!" Behind the Bakugou fellow was a familiar boy with green hair and eyes.
"Did all might get her in? No. He didn't recommend me. He wouldn't pull strings to get her in would he? That's not fair! It's not fair that she got in! She's here, Kacchan is here.... I'm supposed to be the special one!"

Kira completely ignored him and he pouted.
Baku cast her a quick glance but then looked away. "A friend of Deku's. That's even worse than just some annoying new kid."
He thought with more anger.

'Ah, so this is Kacchan.'
Kira thought, dropping her bag to the ground and crossing her legs and looking straight forward. To her left was the blonde boy, and to her right was a girl with short purple hair and eyeliner who was trying her best not to make the fact that she was staring at Kira obvious.

She sighed and looked forward. This was gonna be fun.

A/N•
So I'm picturing Kira's style/aesthetic as a sort of grunge/rockstar girlfriend yk?

All in all she kinda just dresses how she wants and doesn't try to fit into a specific label.

Also their relationship:

10/10

This TV clip reminded me of Kira and Aizawa lol
