DEVELOPING FEELINGS
Slayers:
Tanjiro:
He was the one who fell for you first. It began when he started seeing you in a new light.
He was nervous, so he decided to ask someone for advice, landing on Zenitsu or even Shinobu on occasion. He wanted to know everything he could about his feelings and what to do with them, especially since he found it harder to stop thinking about you.
He was hesitant to say anything because of your past; he thought that you'd be hesitant to truly love someone after the neglectful love you received from your parents. He didn't want to force you into saying yes or anything.
Soon, he eventually embraced his feelings because of how wonderful he thought you were. He loved hanging out with you and learning more about you by the day, which led to him falling for you even more.
One day, with the help of his sister, he had the courage to ask you out on a date, which you agreed, to his relief. At first, you were worried about opening your heart up to someone this soon (because of your parents) but you really wanted this chance to be with him -- he was a kind cinnamon roll.
Inosuke:
To be honest, he mistaked his feelings for wanting to protect you, seeing as you weren't a slayer. But his actions became noticeable to Tanjiro, who also smelt it, and said man asked Inosuke if he had feelings for you.
His demeanor around you changed a lot, and he sometimes gives you gifts (food he steals from Aoi's kitchen) with the facade of it being a reward for his minion.
Eventually, he gets curious and asks Tanjiro what to do about his feelings, since he's never felt this way before and doesn't want to be seen as vulnerable.
Your sister also notices, and sometimes sends you off together on purpose in order for you two to bond. She also wants you to look past Inosuke's tough demeanor and realize that he had feelings for you, which eventually you do, so you decide to ask him out.
Zenitsu:
He thought you were pretty when you first met, and because you saved his life during the final selection, he'd already felt a connection to you, but he didn't really call it love until you two ran into each other more and more.
He quickly embraced the feeling, because in his eyes, you were the most wonderful and ethereal being that he's ever seen. He'll be more cordial towards you, and he'll even offer to take the lead when battling demons - something that surprised and made you and Tanjiro nervous.
He'll also give you gifts, like a necklace or some sort of trinket that he finds when he's away on solo missions.
So basically, prepare to be treated like a queen.
Nezuko:
Nezuko is friendly towards everyone, given that she sees them as her family, so when she discovered that she clung to you more than usual (her hugs and touches lingered), she initially brushed it off as thinking that you were her BFF.
But then her eyes would wander to you whenever you were in action during battle, and she would always insist on sticking to your side whenever you had to split up.
Tanjiro quickly noticed her feelings, and mentioned that she may like you when she came to him about it. She was confused, because you're both girls, but you've been really supportive of her being a demon, which gave her the courage to ask you out.
Shinobu:
Shinobu is a master at hiding her true feelings underneath the surface, so when she noticed her abnormal heartbeat and her face heating up whenever you were mentioned/around her, she honestly thought she was sick.
It was only when Mitsuri pointed out her potential feelings did the Insect Pillar decide to explore her feelings more. Other than Mitsuri, she's never felt a bond with someone who was still around, so she was nervous to talk to you about it.
But she decided that she wanted to take this chance to be genuinely happy with you - regardless of whatever happens. In the end, she gathered up the courage to ask you out with an eerily blank smile.
Mitsuri:
Mitsuri always shares her feelings with you because she considers you a good friend, but she also gets flustered when talking about more intimate things like love, which is how she realized that she had feelings for you.
At first, she was ecstatic because she adores the feelings of love and all the wonderful things that could come with it, but then she felt conflicted and confused because she loved boys and she also loved you.
She went to Shinobu about it, because the woman is the only other female that she could communicate with in her line of work, but Shinobu was almost as clueless about this as Mitsuri was. But she supported her friend and suggested that Mitsuri be honest about her feelings for you.
So the Love Hashira decided to invite you to a picnic, where she took your hands in hers and confessed her feelings.
Kanae:
You'd already fallen head over heels for the Flower Hashira, which Kyojuro noticed and confronted you about it. At first, you were shy, but your mentor supported you with words of encouragement, even saying that Kanae may like you back.
As you talked with Kanae more, she felt a bond forming between the two of you that was probably more than friendship according to Mitsuri. Kanae decided that it was best to ask you out on a tranquil date where she could properly sort out her feelings for you.
She'd been about to confess when you got on one knee and boldly proclaimed your love for her.
Giyuu:
Since you two were already friends, it wasn't long before you found yourself catching some sort of affection for the quiet man. You squashed those feelings down, because you didn't want to ruin your friendship, but soon they became too strong to ignore.
Giyuu, on the other hand, also felt an attraction to you, but he pushed it down because he didn't want to get too close and see you get hurt because of him, which made his feelings grow more.
At first, he avoided you in order to sort out his feelings and figure out what exactly he feels for you and how he should go about addressing it. He may go to someone for advice, but he's a really closed up person so it's unlikely.
But after weeks of fighting with his inner insecure demons, he finally got the chance to cordially ask you out on a date so you two could talk. He almost collapsed when you said yes.
Muichiro:
Once he was fully warmed up to you as he was with Tanjiro, Muichiro was one of the kindest (and cutest) people you were around. It wasn't long before you developed feelings for him, but you kept quiet because you didn't want to ruin your friendship.
Tanjiro smelled your hidden feelings for Muichiro, and offered to talk to you about it. What he didn't tell you, though, was that Muichiro had come to him the day before to also get advice after going to Mitsuri.
Tanjiro took this chance and gave you both the same advice: ask each other out so you could both talk things out.
You decided to comply, and you took Muichiro to a pond, where you told him that you loved him. He actually got tears in his eyes and gave you a bear hug.
Kyojuro:
He figured he liked you when his touches and looks towards you lingered.
Your mother noticed first, cheekily pointing it out to him. For once, he was embarrassed, but it wore off once she encouraged him to confess because she knew you liked him too (and she wanted your ass to get married already).
Both your mother and father approached him, wanting to hear his perspective about loving you. Your mother was easily swayed by Kyojuro's bright and respectful personality, and it wasn't long before your apprehensive father gave in as well. He wanted what was best for you.
Kyojuro would approach his feelings casually and sweetly, most likely waiting for the perfect chance to get you alone and speak to you about it. He'll be a little blunt, but honest as he takes your hands in his and confesses.
Senjuro would be elated (and Shinjuro would be less frowny and reclusive, because he actually likes your company and your food).
Sanemi:
It'll take a long time for him to develop feelings, but once he does he'll probably ignore you for a couple of days (to embarrassed to face you) to take some time for himself.
But once he's ready to face you, he'll corner you and demand you two talk to sort things out. He's perceptive, and has a bit of an inkling that you like him too. He'll approach it aggressively because he doesn't know how else to do it, but he'll also be more soft towards you.
You did, in fact, like him as well, and you were scared to tell him because well, A, he's terrifying, and B, and really didn't want to ruin the long-built friendship that you had with him. You also thought it wasn't right because you were a kakushi and he was the second most powerful pillar.
You decided to ask Shinobu about it, because she's a woman, but Shinobu ended up explaining the scientific aspects of love - going through each blood and nerve and how the brain reacts to certain situations when you're with the person you like.
While you didn't understand a damn thing, you did walk away with knowing one thing: you really liked Sanemi, and you were going to confront him about it, dammit!
Obanai:
It took a really long time for the Serpent Hashira to consider you an equal and even a friend, considering his deep-rooted disdain for women. But he realized that just like Shinobu and Mitsuri, you weren't all that bad.
It was even longer when he developed feelings for you, but it was so faint that he himself didn't even realize it. And it scared him. The only woman he fell in love with at first sight was Mitsuri, and these new feelings that he was suddenly feeling for you was something he didn't expect, which was scary.
You liked Obanai as well, but you knew how tentative he was around people, due to his upbringing, so you never forced your feelings on him or made him do anything he didn't want to do. You wanted to take things slow, something which he greatly appreciated.
You two would be incredibly awkward around each other, but to be honest, it eased your worries because you were scared that he wouldn't feel the same way.
Tengen:
Tengen knew you liked him. Who wouldn't, he's the God of Festivals and Flashiness!
He'd likely lead you on, knowing that you'd be on your knees for him like a dog, (he'll say nicknames and shit like "wifey #4") but it wouldn't be long until he feels something for you as well.
It wasn't just him, it was also his wives whose actions changed around you. They'd be softer, more eager to see you, and their hugs on you would linger. They overall saw you in a completely different light than when you first met - not that any of them actually minded that.
Of course, he'll be transparent and tell his wives, wanting their opinion and input on this potential revelation. They'll be supportive (especially Suma, the bisexual cutie) and encourage him to say something to you.
Of course he'll be flashy about it, taking you to a romantic area like a wisteria forest or a shrine surrounded by cherry blossoms. He'll wink at you and be cheeky as he tells you he likes you and asks you out.
Gyomei:
Gyomei is a caring gentle giant who quickly considered you a powerful ally and friend of his. But it wasn't long before he noticed changes in his behavior whenever you trained with him.
He'd be shocked, because he didn't expect himself to develop these types of feelings, and he'd be so moved that he'd most likely start to cry and pray. He wouldn't know how to approach his feelings towards you, mostly because he didn't know if you felt the same or not.
Little did he know, you did, but you were just as tentative as him at proceeding with confessing. Part of the reason why was because you saw him as your master, and you didn't want to ruin your relationship. You also thought it was unprofessional, and it discouraged you from training with him.
It was only when he decided enough was enough and gathered the emotional strength to confess his love for you in a really sweet way. He cried waterfalls when you tearfully said you liked him back.

Demons:
Daki:
Daki only involves herself with people she deems pretty enough to be in her presence, so when she started seeking you out more often she was horrified because she knew that she didn't find you that pretty... right?
But regardless of what her mind said, her heart ached for your presence, even when she was in the middle of servicing customers. It irritated her, so she began to avoid you.
You were upset and surprised when she started evading you like the plague, and you thought it was because you did something she didn't like. She was super meticulous, you knew, so you were determined to figure out what it was.
It scared you to realize that she may have found out about your feelings, and you tried everything you could to get her to speak to you again. But as a servant, you could only go so far.
And of course, avoiding you didn't help Daki's situation, if only, it made it worse. She was conflicted between just telling you how she felt and kicking you from the House, but ultimately she cornered you late one night while you were doing chores and told you the truth.
You were ecstatic, but her cold face and demeanor when she told you unnerved you (she wanted to show as little emotion and vulnerability as possible).
Gyutaro:
Gyutaro didn't expect to fall as hard and as fast as he did.
Your gentle and bubbly demeanor, despite being a demon, is what drew him to you. You also didn't care about his looks, which boosted what little confidence he had in what he looked like (as much as he refuses to admit).
You were also fairly strong as a demon, and he recognized your strength and potential to become one of the 12 kizuki.
When Douma and Daki found out about his feelings (when they (the latter) share a body, their feelings also intermingle) they were overjoyed and instantly gave him all the tips in the world on how to properly pick you up without embarrassing himself.
Gyutaro listened to Douma's advice more than Daki's, because face it, the man is surrounded by women on a daily basis, and decided to shoot his shot late one night.
He met up with you on a rooftop, and while avoiding your eyes told you how he felt. He didn't directly say it, just giving subtle hints, but you figured out what he wanted to say pretty quickly. You wordlessly reciprocated his feelings with a kiss on his cheek.
Hantengu (Clones):
You deeply considered them friends. Nothing more. Just friends. Right? Well, no.
You were out with Karaku one night hunting demon slayers. You two were hiding in the bushes when he dropped a bomb on you. He turned to you and said that all those nights together were dates and that he also wanted you to be his "big booty bitch." (You knew that you had an amazing ass).
You were surprised that he just went ahead and said that he wanted to date you, and you nervously accepted, knowing that deep down you also harvested feelings for them despite telling yourself that they were "just friends."
The other Clones found out, and it was a while until anyone said anything, but you all silently knew that you liked them, and slight teasing ensued (mostly between you, Karaku and Urogi).
Finally, Aizetsu broke out of his little shell and admitted that he knew that you had feelings for him. His eyes got all teary as he told you that he felt the same way, but also said that it was "sorrowful" and "pathetic" because demons weren't supposed to love each other.
Sekido was blunt in saying "I like you, bitch," so that was that. However, a few days later someone left you a pretty hairpin. You thanked Sekido by asking him out on a date, to which he responded with a crude "yes."
Akaza:
Akaza was extremely respectful, so for a while he just brushed off his fondness for you as you being his favorite human (and his increased drive to protect you for some reason he didn't know of).
He also didn't want you to get hurt because of his feelings for you, with him being an uppermoon and you being a human with rare blood. So he pushed them down and kept visiting you regularly outside of his missions.
Pretty quickly, though, Muzan picked up on his affection for you. He didn't kill you, but let Akaza off with a warning. The man knew how much Akaza cared for you, and decided to keep you alive just to observe your relationship from afar, and to make sure Akaza doesn't neglect his duties.
Akaza knew he wanted to be with you, but he wasn't sure if you wanted the same and he didn't tell you so that you wouldn't feel pressured into saying yes.
Needless to say, because you approached him first and confessed to him after being at war with your mind for a while. His eyes went wide and his cheeks flushed slightly as he gently smiled and asked you out on a date.
Douma:
Douma was hollow. He hadn't felt any emotions throughout his life, least of all love. So when he began to feel lightheaded and his heart beat faster whenever you were around, he first thought he was allergic to you.
He was concerned, because demons aren't supposed to get sick, so he thought that he was defective. To fix this, he consumed a assload of women.
But it didn't work. It seemed to get worse. He already knew that he cared for you and wished to keep you alive, but he honestly didn't think about it as liking you as more than a friend.
It was only when you picked a bouquet of flowers for him that he realized that yes, he was in love with you. He'd never experienced something so... amazing before, and he knew that he could get used to this feeling, and you.
Kokushibo:
He likes to push his feelings down, so for a while he didn't even realize that he liked you. It was only when he was watching you practice with a wooden sword after seeing him do so that he felt a stirring in his chest.
Not only that, but he also realized that he liked talking to you and hearing about any wild stories about your coal customers or something random that happened in your family. Even though he found it frivolous, he still liked hearing your voice.
Naturally, he'd try to hint at the fact that he liked you, by going out and getting you trinkets from time to time or visiting you on random nights. You picked up on this pretty quickly, and yes, you did like your upper one daddy back.
However, since he was the second most powerful demon in existence, you realized that anything could happen - you could be killed or kidnapped. Sometimes you sat in your room listing all of the reasons why you shouldn't be with him - but you really liked him. So you decided to shoot your shot and ask him out.
Muzan:
Muzan doesn't form relationships with his subordinates all that much (save for Akaza and Kokushibo) but of course he noticed through his cells in your body how much you liked him. His suspicions were confirmed when you asked if you could be excluded from the kizuki.
The reason why you asked was because you felt it was inappropriate to be crushing on him while you're actively an uppermoon, and the fact that you yourself didn't feel as if you deserved the spot. You realized that even though you're a demon, fragments of your memories of your human life flooded your mind sometimes and caused you to act more human at times than demon.
Muzan was pleasantly surprised, but didn't grant your wish. Truth be told, he himself did feel feelings for you, although he didn't give them much thought. It was only when you came to him with your request that he actually realized that yes, he did like you.
The reason he denied your request was because you shouldn't let the fact that you're an uppermoon deter you from your work ethic or confessing your feelings, you're a demon, dammit!
