august 8th
after what had happened yesterday, yeonjun tried one more thing to get soobin back.

30 minutes later

seriously, that's all he said, just "if you want"? he used to be so excited to talk to yeonjun a month
ago.
you:
pick yes or no. your making it sound like you don't want to talk to me :(

ok fine sure
soobin's response wasn't the best but it's better than nothing. he still wanted to talk so that's good.
yeonjun called soobin and waited for him to pick up. it rang a couple time until he finally answered.
(soobin in bold, yeonjun in italics)
"hello?"
yeonjun was a little bothered of the greeting. soobin would always add a nickname not just a "hello". nevertheless he still replied back.
"hi"
the only reason yeonjun couldn't add "baby" after saying hi was because he was always super shy and he could only say it over text and soobin was aware of that.
it was a little awkward because yeonjun didn't know how to start the conversation. soon soobin spoke up.
"oh did i tell you about arin's friend minho? he's really nice. i met him a couple days ago. apparently he was friends with arin since elementary school...."
ever since soobin opened his mouth, he didn't close it. yeonjun just sat there listening to everything soobin was telling him. it was all about arin and minho and all the great things they've been doing all summer. yeonjun didn't understand why soobin felt the need to tell him all this stuff instead of discussing their situation.
yeonjun wanted to speak up and ask what's wrong so that soobin couldn't avoid him but he had horrible anxiety so he just stayed quiet.
after soobin was done talking, yeonjun hinted to the topic of why soobin was being distant. all of a sudden he was pissed and started asking yeonjun stuff like "why are you being so annoying?!" or "why are you acting this way?!"
yeonjun did nothing wrong so how could soobin be suddenly blaming him for everything? yeonjun had a short temper so he got upset and said, "your the one being annoying, i don't even wanna talk to you anymore!" and hung up.
yeonjun was so mad after the call. how dare soobin just turn the whole thing around to make yeonjun the bad guy. he ended up not texting soobin till the next day, not like soobin would even notice.
