The crowd swarmed and yelled at the heroes. Turns out the Yakuza didn't take kindly to being invaded by law enforcement. Kira followed close behind as Fatgum shoved through the crowd.
It was the day of the raid. Just two days ago Kira had first made contact with Eri, she's been visiting her everyday since. To appease Aizawa she only spoke with her for thirty minutes at a time. Resting in between and letting Dr Peppy do intermediate checkups as well. She came to UA the second she found out Kira had passed out.
Her guess was that the added stress of the situation had made the drawbacks of her quirk even worse. So normally she would be able to hold it for much longer without difficulty.
But they doubted she could actually go a full 24 hours without consequence.
They burst inside, other pros holding most of the mob back. Kira held her mask against her face, though Overhaul killed a member of the league, there was still suspicion that the two groups were involved.
Overhaul wanted to control them and use their name, who knows if he accomplished this goal. Kira pulled her headphones on, the crowds thoughts felt like stabs to her brain. As they burst inside Kira thought for a second. Grabbing the arm of a random thing and dragging him inside.
"Hey!! Let go of me you bitch!" He argued.
"What's she doing- fuck this kid is strong."
"Kira?" Aizawa asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Do you know how to get downstairs?" Kira asked, holding his arms still. "He could be helpful."
"Fair enough." Aizawa said, wrapping his scarf around the man.
"Like i'd tell them anything." The man thought with a glare in Kira's direction.
Kira hummed and lead the group. Listening to the man's thoughts along with her music.
"We don't talk about Bruno, no no no...." She mumbled to herself.
"Are we really following a kid who isn't even paying attention?!" Rock Lock asked Nighteye.
"They're gonna walk right past the secret entrance... What? Did she think I'd just tell them where it is?" The thug thought with a mental Chuckle.
Kira stopped and pivoted, walking to an indent in the wall, with a small potted flower plant sitting in it.
"She found it?!" He thought as she walked up to inspect it.
She moved the pot over to the side. "Bring em over." Kira said to Aizawa while still humming. She waited for him to get close. "What's the order?" Kira asked the villain. She eyed the buttons that were supposed to be hidden.
But Kira could see the fact that they had each been touched often. Small worn parts made the correct wood panels obvious. But she couldn't quite tell what order you had to press them in.
"I'm not saying shit!" The thug snapped with a laugh. "You pros can go eat dirt!" He yelled, before spitting at Kira.
A glob of white saliva landed right on her boot. She slowly looked over at him, dispite his anger she could see him think about the exact code used to unlock the door. She waited until he finished and she had the code memorized.
"Hey watch yourself-" Aizawa snapped right as Kira kicked in him the face with the boot he had spat on. It was so hard he flew towards the wall and fell down.
"Anyways." She said, clearing her throat. She went back towards the boards. "Be prepared for an ambush."

"That's it, new plan." Kira said once they hit another dead end. The place was turning into a maze.
They stopped and waited.
"Who put the kid in charge?!" Rock Lock thought. "Though they all are really putting in the work. Those two boys have been helpful, and she hasn't lead us astray yet."
She pulled out a fragment of the bullet. Locked in a tiny metal capsule that Kira had carried around her neck to make sure she didn't lose the piece. "If I'm connected I'll be able to tell if I'm getting closer or farther from her. Like a hot or cold game."
"Kira." Aizawa said with a warning tone.
"Can you keep that communication while in combat?" Nighteye asked her. "I can let All Might's niece get hurt! He'd hate me!"
"I can try." Kira shrugged, holding it up like she was about to take a shot.
"Wait." Aizawa said. "Your eyes. They'll glow red. Don't you want to keep this part of your quirk secret?" He asked.
She smiled. "You think I haven't thought of that?" Kira asked, pulling something from her pockets.
A pair of goggles.
"Oh God." Aizawa groaned. They looked just like his, but all black and grey instead of yellow.
"I hope you don't mind, I had that crazy support course girl make me a pair based on yours." Kira said, pulling them on. With that and her mask, her face was completely hidden.
"Whatever you're going to do hurry up. We don't have much time." Nighteye said, looking around to make sure the coast was clear.
"Calm your trousers Bruno." Kira mumbled, opening her capsule.
"Cheers."

Eri held onto the man carrying her. She was scared, even of him. But she couldn't do anything but shake as they carried her away.
There were loud noises above her, behind their group far away. She didn't understand what was going on, but it scared her. Like monsters breaking the earth.
Her eyes were shut tight. She didn't want to see if someone got hurt. If something scary came out of the shadows.
"Eri? Hello?" A familiar voice sounded in her mind. She gasped, eyes opening. It was her friend again! She wasn't alone anymore.
She's never seen this person, but she knew they had to be good.
"Hello." Eri said back. She learned the voice can't hear her own. Not the one from her mouth at least. Her friend only spoke back when Eri kept her words in her mind. "Something's happening, I'm scared."
Her friend was the only one who cared when Eri expressed her fear. The only one who comforted her.
"It's going to be okay! I promise. Can you open your eyes for me?" The voice asked.
Eri did as she was told, glancing around.
"Can you hear what's going on?" The voice asked her. Eri whimpered.
"I hear scary noises. Banging around like monsters." Eri told her friend.
"It's not monsters Eri!! Those noises are good, it's my friends." The voice told her. "We're gonna help you."
"Please don't get hurt. Not for me. I don't want someone to get hurt because of me." Eri thought with a deep frown.
"No! We're going to be okay. Most importantly you're going to be okay. I just need you to hang on for just a little longer okay? I'm almost there."
"You're coming too?" Eri asked, feeling something she normally didn't. She couldn't describe it, she just couldn't wait to see her friend. To be safe.
"Yes! Yes I am. But... But I have to go now okay? For just a little while, so I can find you. So just hold on and wait for me!" The voice said. Then it was gone.
Eri was able to notice when her friend was there. Like a certain comfort wrapped around her when they were there.
It left when they did though.

"I always feel bad when I have to do that." Kira mumbled, taking the bullet out of her mouth.
"It'll only be for a little longer Kira." Aizawa assured her.
"There they are!"
"WAIT!!! THERE'S SOMEONE IN THE WALLS-" Kira yelled right as the room started to move around. Swaying from side to side like a crazy haunted house.
"Aizawa can you see him?!"
Aizawa looked around carefully. "There's nothing!" He yelled back. "I can't see his actual body!"
"This must be mimic! Be he's only supposed to be able to control something the size of a refrigerator!" Rock Lock yelled.
"He must have taken a quirk enhancement drug." Nighteye yelled back. Then the floor opened up and swallowed most of them. Excluding the armed Police behind them.
Kira got the ground with a thud and coughed. "There's... Three people." Kira grunted as she stood up. Three men came from the shadows, each creepy in their own way.
The most unnerving was the man with the big eyes and a bag on top of his head.
"EAT EAT EAT EAT EAT EAT."
He chanted over and over again. Suneater, or rather Tamaki stepped forward. Using his tentacles to trap them. "I can do it... The pros need to save their strength for the big fight." He whispered. "No sense in us all doing it. Come on Amajiki. Be like Mirio. Be a suneater make him proud."
"Suneater!" Aizawa protested. Using his quirk on the villains. "You don't have to do this alone!"
"Don't you see? They're trying to hold us all back. I can take them and catch up with you guys later. Go save the girl." Amajiki said with a serious expression. "I can do this!"
Kira didn't know much. But if a man as anxious as him was sure about something... She knew he had to be right.
"He's right. Let's go he can handle this." Kira said. Looking around.
"Let's go! You got this Suneater!" Fatgum agreed running away.
"What? Wait actually-"
Kira grabbed Kirishima's hand and ran away with him. Following the group. "Come on Kiri. If he believes in himself then you've got to do it too. Let him have his moment." She whispered.
"Right!"
