[Chapter 3]
Rien POV
I quietly snuck back in the guildhall hoping for my life that no one was up which was more unlikely since they probably noticed me missing "Ouch." I hissed from the pain in my whole body, it was most likely hurting from the fact that I did the whole training thing with Viper and then I went on the missions not even 30 minutes later not to mention I didn't take any brakes through that if you don't count me checking the books "Well look who's back.." I heard Viper say looking like an angry cat as he was sitting in a chair.
"Ummm....hi?" I awkwardly said "Where the hell have you been?" He asked sounding angry and tired "I made money..." I said dropping a bag on the ground he walked over it with a bit of a shocked face "Wha...where did you get these from?!" He looked at me "Missions..." I said with a nervous laugh at the end "How would anyone allow a child do missions?!" He asked looking so angry and not convinced "Well you see...I stole some missions changed my looks to look like an adult and I also imagined the guildmark which was a bit hard to do so..." I said feeling nervous as ever "Hmm...whatev- *yawn* -er I'm going to sleep." He said as he layed down on the bed.
"Where-?" I was about to ask when he cut me off by almost screaming "Use your eyes damnit!" He sounded so tired 'Never mess with a tired Viper ok...' I looked around the room and found a spare bed so I went and layed down there 'Im so tired...' was the past thing I thought before I fell asleep.
~•In the morning•~
I woke up swirling with energy 'I think that it is somwhere around 11 am 'kayy ' I said as I smiled to myself when an idea popped up in my mind 'A little prank won't hurt anybody right?' I thought as I was about to look over Viper but found no one there "Or not...I could've expected him to wake up earlier..." I thought out loud as I got off the bed 'I'll need a change of clothes soon...good thing I went on those quests..' I walked out of his room into the main hall and I saw Allumos standing right infront of the exit with his back turned towards me.
"Umm...Allumos are you o-kay..?" I said with a slight conser "Where the heck where you last night?!" Suddently he turned around looking all concerned "I was...helping people...yeah." I nervously laughed "Helping people what-" I walked over to him and patted him on the back well...tried to atleast "Don't worry I'm fine." I smiled "Yeah you are also you are not allowed near the quest boards nor going outside without supervision." He said strictly "Not fair!" I grumbled.
"He has a point you could have been badly hurt on one of those missions." Michael interrupted us and the both of us turned around to face him "Fine...I guess that you are right..." I said looking down "How much money did you make for those anyway?" Michael asked curious "Umm....I think it was something like...24157 J?" When I said that Allumos almost chocked and Michael sat down "That's a lot..." I nodded "Yeah a little bit..." Allumos almost chocked again "That is not a little bit Rien." I grinned "What are you going to do with these money anyways?" Allumos said squinning his eyes at me.
"Buy new clothes!" I smiled proudly "Oh when are you planning-" Before Allumos could finish I interrupted him "Today!" I started jumping up and down from the excitement "Well...I can't go with you...Michael?" Allumos looked over at Michael "I've got some stuff to deal with.." I looked down "Oh.." When suddently Allumos spoke up "Viper why don't you help him buy new clothes?" I looked up and saw that Viper has came "What?Why?No!" I looked at him with pleading eyes "Look if you do this then I'll get you more of these alright?" Allumos said pulling out some bottle of poison? "Ugh...fine!" He said grabbing the poison thing?
~•At Jerichos place•~
*knock*knock*
"Yes? Oh Vip-" The guy with a scarf didn't even get to finish before Viper showed me infront of the scarf guy "He's your responsibility now buy him clothes and then return to grimshade!" After he said that he left without another word "I- uh okay?" He looked down st me "Hi I'm Rien." I said drinking my donut smoothie "Well it is very nice to meet you Rien I'm Jericho." I nodded "Clothes!" I said grinning as I pulled a few bags out and showed him some that were attached to my coat "Where did you get all those money?!" He said blinking really fast "Quests.." I nervously smiled "So you sre apart of the guild?" I shook my head "Nope...I just stole them and did them.." I grinned once more "Ah...great let's go shopping then?" I nodded taking his hand dragging him with me "I saw a place near here that has clothes."
After like 5 minutes of walking I saw the place and we went in "Hello?" As that word was spoken two girls came dashing towards us "Yes hi welcome to the-" A brown haired girl with green clothes was cutyed off by the other who had more white and black clothes "Welcome to the store how may I help you?" Me and Jericho exchanged looks "Um..c-clothes for me please?" I said scared as to where this is going to go "Of course if you just follow me-" The green girl was interrupted by "No don't listen to her she makes horrible choices!" The other said "Excuse me I make the best choices!" The two started fighting "Well this is great.." Jericho whispered "Um how about you two ladies both bring something and we'll choose from that yeah?" Jericho gave them a smile I don't know what kind of smile it was since I have never seen one like that before anyway as the words left Jerichos mouth the teo of them were gone "Ugh...out of all the shops I could have chosen it had to be this one." I cried out laughing "Well there is no turning back now." Jericho patted my head "I mean we could just walk out-" I was interrupted by the two girls coming back again and they were pulling me up with a lot of clothes "Maybe this will suit you-" "I'm sure this will look so lovely on you-" "This one is adorable-" "An elegant one-" "You'll look perfect in this-" "Ooo some coat-" The two were saying as they were giving me all the clothes "Okay thanks!" I quickly said before they could give me more and I ran up the stairs to the changing rooms.
After what felt like dozens of years I found the right outfit well....it was kinda the same one I just found another copy of it ehe...though the coat was a bit shorter though I did not mind! "I like this." I smile "A-Are you sure it's the same one-" The white and black said "I think it suits you." The green one smiled and I smiled back "Jericho I have it we can leave now!" I said as I went downstairs "Great how much will it be?" Jericho asked "2306 J" Jericho almost chocked and I just gave them the money since you know I'm a bit ritch now well not really if you take in the prizes that they have in these shops.
~•On their way back to Grimshade•~
"Look it's a thingy!" I said as I ran to the cat looking creature "Rien wait!" Jericho said as he started to walk with me "U-uh h-h-h-h-i." I looked up from the cat alike looking creature and I saw a person "H-hi I'm Rien is this creature yours?" I asked curiously "Y-Yeah h-his name is Oliver." I smiled like crazy "Hi it's nice to meet you Oliver!" I smiled "Oh hello I'm Jericho." Jericho gave the weird smile to the guy like he did to those girls at the store "Hi I-I'm Jakey." I turned my attention away from Oliver "Nice to meet you Jakey!" He nodded "Well we better go we wouldn't want Alumos to get angry at us." I nodded agreeing "Bye Jakey!" I waved as well as Jericho "Bye Rien, Jericho!" He waved at us as we left
We got back to Grimshade and pretty much all I did for the rest of the day was laze around and made a plan for my prank I was going to put a water bucket over Vipys head while he's asleep and when he will wake up he will knock it down and it will spill all over him and he'll be all wet! Ehehe it's such a great plan!
"Night bug." He said as he laid down falling asleep "Night Viper." I chippered as I was watching him drift off into a deep slumber and when I was sure as heck that he was asleep I putted my plan into action I created a bucked of water over his head it was floating I was going to make it fall on him at 7:00 am since I figured out that he will probably not knock it off because of his senses and such 'I can't wait for tomorrow...' I thought as I fell asleep peacefully.
