Later that day you came back home.
I told you that Yoongi stopped by and bought a few books.
'When did he come?' You asked as you
were walking towards the last aisle.
'Maybe an hour ago.' I answered as I followed you.
You turned at me as your eyes were
wide opened.
'What's wrong?' I asked you.
'Don't tell me that you didn't close the door.' You said as you pointed at the storage.
'I did. You didn't open it?' I asked. You shook your head.
'Before Yoongi came it was closed and
no one came after him.' I said as I was in shock.
'We have to rid of these before it's too late.' You said.
'Ok let me make sure that the coast is clear.' I said as I was making my way towards the front door.
'Shit shit shit.' I kept repeating as I saw the police walking towards the book store.
'Soo Yun act like you're a costumer and you don't know me.' I told you.
'We'll run away after they leave.
We'll leave everything behind us and leave.' I added quickly.
'Welcome.' I said as they walked in, trying to act calm.
'Don't act all innocent. We already know that you're selling illegal books and newspapers trying to manipulate people.' One of them said as he held up one of the books I owned.
'Damn you Yoongi.' I said in my mind. I'm sure he stole it when I didn't see him.
'You're coming with us. Both of you.' He said as he pointed at me then you.
You were standing still because you were scared.
'No this has nothing to do with her.
If you're going to take someone, take me.' I said.
'It's not you who decides.
I already have proof so both of you are coming.
My son told me every thing about you.
He suspected something weird about you and he was right.
He came here today to make sure and he found something interesting.' The police officer said.
'Your son? Yoongi?' You asked. I knew you were shocked because of your reaction.
I didn't know too.
'Yes. Now grab them and let's leave.' He commanded.
'Soo Yun, don't be scared I'm here with you.' I said quietly.
I could tell you were scared but you tried your best to stay strong.
Afterwards the police let us go after the investigation.
We went back home holding each others hands.
We didn't say much.
We just walked in silence.
I was thinking of what we should do next.
I'm sorry for ruining your life Soo Yun.
I regret it everyday.
I regret not listening to you.
