The next day, everyone gather in the cafeteria. All of them seems to worry about Shirou's action yesterday. Da vinci suggest an idea to Gudako.
Da Vinci : Master, i have an idea.
Gudako : What is it Da Vinci ?
Da Vinci : This may sound wrong but let's see Shirou's past.
Gudako : Eh ? But how ?
Da Vinci : I make a machine that can extract memory into a disk. And we can see his memory about the past from it.
Gudako : But the problem is will he allow it ?

Shirou sudden appearance surprised everyone.

Shirou keep looking for Illya until he bump into Rin.

After a while, they got to a large empty room. In the middle of the room, several mage is standing around something or someone.
Shirou (past) : What the ? "I know this is normal but i am still not gotten used to this thing."
Rin : This is what i want to show you.

Shirou (past) : Huh ? ILLYA !!!
Shirou rush to the group only to get slammed down by gravity magic.
Shirou (past) : WHAT THE ?!!!
All the Stay Night Servant seems surprised by this sudden event. They don't know what the CLock Tower is trying to do with Illya.
Shirou (past) : WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU PEOPLE DOING ?!!!!!
Rin : This is why don't want to bring him here Zelretch.
Zelretch : Oh please out of all people he should be the one who observe this moment.
An old man walk up to Rin and Shirou. He is Kischur Zelretch Schweinorg.
Zelretch : Now hello there Emiya Shirou.
Shirou (past) : What the hell are you people doing ?
Zelretch : Oh this ? We are making a God Shirou.

Shirou (past) : DON'T FUCK WITH ME !!!! YOU ALL ARE USING A CHILD FOR YOUR TWIST JUSTICE FOR GOD DAMN SAKE !!! DON'T YOU KNOW SHE STILL HAVE A DREAM AND A FUTURE AHEAD OF HER !!!
Zelretch : Well, we don't want to talk much. Let's finish the ritual everyone.
All the mages : Hai.
All the mages start to chant an unknown spell as Illya body start to turn into stone and feel immense pain.
Illya : AHHHHHHHHHHHH IT HURT IT HURT SO MUCH SAVE ME !!!!
Shirou (past) : ILLYA !!!!!
Archer : OI WHAT THE HELL ARE THEY DOING ?!!!
All the other Servant start to feel worry for Illya as Kaleid Illya shrunk back in fear for what is happening to her other self.
Shirou (past) : YAMEROOOOOOOOOO !!!!!
Illya : PAPA MAMA SAVE ME !!!! ONII-CHAN SAVE ME !!!! BERSERKER !!!!
Illay then slowly turn into a giant statue in front of Shirou's eyes.
Shirou (past) : Ah... Illya...
Zelretch : Hmm, beautiful.
Rin : ...
Everyone after saw what happen to Illya is shock and stare at the screen in disbelief.
Shirou (past) : ... Onore...
Zelretch : Hmm ? What is it boy ?
Shirou (past) : Onore Onore Onore Onore Onore Onore ONORE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'LL KILL YOU ALL EVERY LAST ONE OF YOU !!!!!!!!
Zelretch : Haha very funny boy. Now.
Zelretch snap his finger and teleport Shirou back to Japan.
Zelretch : We don't need you anymore boy. So please don't stand in our way every again.
Shirou blink and the next thing he saw is that he is in his old house warehouse. Shirou then drop on his knees and scream out loud.
Shirou (past) : AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH !!!!!!!!!!!!
All of Chaldea Servant have lot of reaction after they saw it. Some were sobbing, some were anger, some feel disgusted by the Clock Tower action... But this is not the end of Bujin Shirou's past.
A few days later, Shirou now look very depressed is sitting in his house. Suddenly, the phone rang and he go pick it up.
Shirou (past) : Hello ? This is Emiya.
??? : Emiya.
Shirou (past) : Shinji ? Why are you calling me ?
Shinji : Emiya... Sakura... Sakura...
Shirou heard Shinji voice start to crack and he himself start to panic.
Shirou (past) : What are you saying Shinji ? WHAT HAPPEN TO SAKURA ?!!!
Shinji : Sakura... has pass away...
