Chapter 1
Being me isn't easy. Most people think I'm a simple girl in Alabama in Curry High. But no. There's more to my life than that. My friends in the Spirit World are up first though. First, there's Bloodspiller. At first sight, he seems like a dreamy, smart gentleman. Well get to know him. When we dated, he cheated on me with Jinx. Oh ya, Jinx. She's a sweet, innocent, and pretty and simple little girl. Close friends. Heh. Then there's Victoria. A strong willed, adventure loving girl. Oh ya. And then, Damien. A close friend of mine. The only one who actually cares. Anyways, here's the first story I'll tell you. How I met Damien. How I found out I could travel from the real world to the Spirit world will come later.
It was rainy, and me and Bloodspiller were on patrol as always. Of course, Bloodspiller was whining about it. I walked underneath a tree, the soft pitter patter of the rain sounded around is as I felt the cold rain sink into my skin and make my clothes darken into dark blue, even when it was a light blue a moment ago. "I think we're done here" Bloodspiller said, his deep voice cutting the silence of the air that surrounded is not long ago. I nodded and wiped my wet brown hair out of my face. He smirked and reached out to grab my hand, But no objected by pulling my hand back behind my back. He frowned in frustration. We were about to head back, when Bloodspiller let out a scream, and disappeared. I unsheathed my sword, and I felt a hand go over my mouth. My eyes darted about, trying to see what had ahold of me. All I could make out, was a black mask covering an entire face and head and a pair of deep, deep green eyes shining through the eye holes. "Do as I say, and your friend won't get hurt" said a voice through the mask. The voice was muffled through the thin material of the mask. I twisted and elbowed him in the stomach and kicked him in the nuts, pulling away and throwing him to the ground and putting my sword to his throat. Blood trickled onto the cold metal of the sword blade. "Once I take your mask off, My mother will have your head!" I said through gritted teeth. I yanked the mask off and it revealed a pretty face with light golden blonde hair, and long blonde bangs partially covered two dark green eyes. I ignored it and lifted him off the ground. Bloodspiller rushed in. "AHHH!!!!!" he said and tackled the boy. He picked the boy up and we dragged him back to the castle.
1 hour later, we were sitting in a room and my mother, Raven, was glaring at the boy. I was sitting and sharpening my sword, listening to the sound of the Shing! That it made when it stroke the sharpener. He smirked and waved at me and I growled and looked away. It was decided that he would be thrown into prison and we put him into the prison. Unfortunately, it was MY turn to guard. Oh goody. That night, at my shift, DEAR LORDY THE BOY WOULDNT SHUT HIS CUTE MOUTH!!! I growled and listened to him talk about the while night. I sighed and decided to talk back, and answer his question. Then he said, "Would you betray your kingdom for someone you love?"
I found that hard to answer. After I didnt say anything, he said, "I would" with his eyes turned to me. I just smiled and my shift ended. As I left, I turned and smiled at him, and left.
