20: 𝑊ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑎𝑚 𝐼 𝑑𝑜𝑖𝑛𝑔?

Kira looked at Bakugou with an eyebrow raised slightly. He was panicking, a lot but he was trying desperately to hide it.
"Where is it?! Where is it, where is it?!" He thought, looking through his bag.
"Just go sit by yourself! F-fuck off! I have to do something!" Bakugou said, glaring at Kira.

"What's wrong?" Kira asked. Stepping closer.

"NOTHING!!! GO AWAY!!"
He yelled waving her off. He was literally shaking, sweating as he threw his bag down to go through it. "I knew I shouldn't have taken them here. But She suggested taking it multiple times a day, I had to take them at school too. And now they're gone! I-I lost them!"

"Bakugou it's okay, what did you lose?" Kira knelt down by him. Putting a hand on his shoulder.

"IT'S NOT OKAY!!" He snapped. "GO AWAY!"
He yelled, dumping his bag out onto the floor of the hallway. Thank god they were the only ones here, Bakugou would be humiliated if anyone else saw his breakdown. He wiped his eyes.

"Hey, let me help. What are you looking for?" She asked, keeping her voice low and gentle.

"N-nothing! I-it's... It's not here." He breathed the words out like a gasp, looking around like he'd find it on the ground somewhere.

"Maybe it fell out of your bag?" Kira offered with a shrug. She started to fill his bag back up, setting his books inside as gently as she could and organizing his loose papers.

"When?! I-I would have seen... It was never out of my sight! Shit shit shit!" He gripped his hair and leaned forward. His breath was frantic and his eyes were wide open in panic.

Kira looked around, making sure there really wasn't anyone around. Her eyes caught on something, the door at the end of the hall. A face was peering through the thin rectangular window.

"The shock, the confusion... I love it so fucking much. I'd do anything to see that look on his face."

'Midoriya.'

She remembered his thoughts from earlier that week.

His face disappeared but the image of him smiling was burned into Kira's mind. Smiling at Bakugou freaking out over something missing.

"I need to take them. It's always worse when I don't take them." Bakugou thought nervously. Hands shaking and twitching.
"I need it I-I..." He stammered.

"Bakugou..." Kira said, putting a hand on his shoulder. "Did someone take your medication?" She asked him quietly.

"What?!" He asked. Shaking his head. "Th-that's BULLSHIT! I-I don't... I'm not on medication." He lied. "How did she know?! I don't want anyone to know."

"It's okay, I don't care and I won't tell anyone. Listen, I understand not wanting people to know that shit. I've been on antidepressants for years. I know it's private, But you can trust me okay?" Kira said, looking him directly in the eye. "I promise."

He stared for a few seconds. "Yeah whatever." He mumbled, wiping his eyes.

"Come on." Kira said, pulling him up. "Go sit in the classroom. I'll be back, you obviously need a minute." She said. They walked to 1A. When they opened the door that one blonde 'french' boy was sitting there with a platter of cheese in front of him.

"Eek! It's those two trouble makers!"
He thought, looking away nervously.

Bakugou turned to hide his face.
"Scram." Kira said, putting a hand on Bakugou's shoulders.

Aoyama complied and scrambled away out the door. Taking a glass of what could quite possibly be wine with him.

"Stay here, are you hungry?" She asked Bakugou. He grumbled and shook his head.

"I'm not a fucking baby." He said, standing up.

"Yeah, you're not. But you're upset and you haven't eaten all day." She crossed her arms.
"So what do you want?"

"I don't know. Anything, get me that American shit you usually get or something." He grumbled.

"A burger?" She asked with a nod. "Okay then. Stay here." She said.

Kira walked down the halls back towards the cafeteria but she wasn't about to get his food just yet. She looked around the cafeteria until her eyes landed on fluffy green hair.

"Get up." She said, crossing her arms. Midoriya turned around.

"Oh! H-Hi Kira-"

"Kokoa."

"Yeah, erm... Did you need something?" He asked nervously. "She knows, does she actually think this will make a difference? That's cute. She won't get anything out of me."

"Yeah I do. Get up, I need to talk to you." She said. Grabbing the back of his chair and pulling it away from the table.

"Kokoa! There is no need to be violent!"
"Bakugou is rubbing off on her. She's not normally like this. She looks mad. He's a bad influence on her."

"It's just Kokoa. It's not like she'll hurt Deku or anything. Plus he's a lot stronger than she is, I just hope she doesn't hurt his feelings. He's a pretty sensitive guy." Uraraka blinked Innocently from beside Midoriya. Giving him a cheery smile.

"I didn't ask you Iida." She snapped.

Midoriya slowly stood up.
"It's alright guys! I'm sure this will only take a minute!" He said, patting Uraraka on the head.

"He touched me! OMG OMG OMG!"
She thought, covering her face with her hands.

'Poor girl.'
Kira thought, she truly pitied the girl. She was probably the most far gone when it came too Deku's lies.

She walked away and Midoriya followed her. She stopped in a hall on the other side of the school from where Bakugou was sitting. She didn't want to risk him walking in on them.

She turned on her heel to face him. He looked around nervously, then gave her a wobbly smile.

"Okay, where is it?" She asked. Crossing her arms and narrowing her eyes at him.

"W-what?" He asked, blinking rapidly.

"You heard me." She said, she had gone from snappy and pissed to a calm collected anger.

"I'm sorry I don't understand-"
He mumbled.

"Cut the shit. We're alone. I don't buy the act, you know that. Let's act like adults." She said, shoving him to the wall.

"Kokoa really! I don't understand! D-did I do something wrong?" He whimpered, holding his shoulder.

"Yeah, you did. You know that. Stop the acting, at this point it's pathetic." She said, pushing him again.

His face dropped from perfectly innocent to a glare. "What a bitch. She's right though, I don't have to pretend here. Maybe I'll show her who she's REALLY messing with."

Before she could say anything more he grabbed her wrist and shoved her backwards. Turning her with her shoulders and then pushing her against the lockers behind them. She hissed as her skull hit the metal behind her.

"You do realize I'm much stronger than you right? You shouldn't shove people around, as weak as you are. You'll start a fight you can't win." He hissed close to her ear. His forearm was bearing down on her collarbone, pinning her against the wall.

She grunted and then gripped his sleeve. Shock flashing across her features for a moment. But just a moment.

"She looks scared. I kinda like this, never realized how powerful it feels to pin another person like this. Normally it's Kacchan pinning me after I've pushed his buttons a little too much. Though I do like that feeling too. This is different though. Look at her face, I wish Kacchan was here to see his little friend under me like this."

"There you are." She said through gritted teeth.

"Was it worth it?" He asked, tilting his head. His green eyes almost seemed to glow in the harsh lighting of the florescent lights above them.

"Kinda actually." She shrugged. Her body relaxed after a few moments of shock. Though she wasn't really at ease or comfortable. "Where is it?"

"In the fucking trash where you both belong. I've never met someone that pissed me off as much as she does. Bakugou is just pure entertainment really, but she's... I don't like her. It always seems like shes two steps ahead of everyone, like she knows something I don't. It's irritating."

He applied a little more pressure to her, wanting to see her shock and fear again. But It didn't come.

"Go ahead, hurt me. See what happens when I tell the class you attacked me. You think the shy guy act will hold up to a hurting quirkless girl? You're not the only one that can squeeze out a few fake tears."
Kira said, a smirk playing on her lips.
"Besides, my uncle might prefer spending time with you, but I still remind him of his little sister. Hurt me and the bond you've worked so hard on could crumble in seconds."

Midoriya cursed and pulled away from her. He was still a little too close for comfort, but at least he was no longer touching her.

"So where is it?" She asked again, crossing her arms.

"In the trash. I threw them away, it's not like they did anything anyways. They were just as useless as you are." His words were pure venom. The boy standing in front of her wasn't the same boy who stammered and blushed in class.

"Alright, let's go get it then." She said.

Midoriya laughed at her. "You think you can boss me around? Tell me what to do? Unlike Kacchan I'm not your fucking dog Kira. You can't walk me around." He said.

Kira felt a burning in her chest when he compared Bakugou to a dog. She wanted to punch him, she really did. She had never met anyone that was so hitable before.
"Fine then, just don't be surprised if by the sports festival everyone knows where your quirk really came from." She said.

Pulling her final card.

His face dropped to shock. Actual shock, not the fake expression he used in class. No he was actually scared, but then the expression hardened and he chuckled. "What are you even talking about?" He asked.
"She has to be bluffing... There's no way she knows about one for all."

"I think you know." She said. "If you don't then frankly I'm disappointed, One for all has never before had such a pathetic user."
The name of the secret quirk easily rolled off her tongue. Dispite the fact that she had never before said the name out loud.

"You know about one for all?" He asked, biting the inside of his cheek. "Shit, shit, shit, shit, shit, shit, shit, shit, shit, shit, shit, shit, shit, shit, shit, shit, shit, shit, shit, shit, shit, shit, shit, shit, SHIT!!"

"Yeah, I know that you're a hair eating freak. So if I were you I'd be a little nicer." She said, stepping closer. She was shorter than him, not by much. But she still had to look up to make eye contact. "So why don't you show me were you put my friends medicine? Or things could get really bad for you, really fast."

He clinched his jaw and fists. Every part of the boy was trembling. "I'll tell All might! This is black mail! Th-this is wrong! You can't do this! H-he'll HATE you for it! He likes me! Not you!"

"Sure, tell him. But here's the thing. He doesn't know I know. I figured it out all on my own and he doesn't think I'm capable of that. Since the only others who know would never tell, the only person who could be blamed for me knowing... Is you."
Kira smiled.
"I can lie, just as easily as you can. It would be my word against yours, I could tell him you let it slip on our stupid little date. It would be easy enough to sell. He'll be disappointed in his silly little student for telling me such important classified information now wouldn't he?"

Midoriya took a few steps back and then turned around and punched at the wall.
"FUCK!" He screamed. Then frantically looked around. "Shit no one saw that right?! I hate her, I want her gone. No, I want her dead. I could kill her, right now. Maybe I could make it look like an accident, or suicide... Yeah, I could toss her off the roof and lie my way out. Lie lie lie. No one would know... Well... She was last seen with me... And if it did get out I could forget being a hero... I'd go to jail for life... WHAT AM I THINKING?! Murder?! I'm not a murderer! That's insane!"

Kira raised an eyebrow.
"And you say Bakugou is unstable."
She mumbled.

"Fine! Come on. Follow me."

°.•.°•.°•.°

"There. It's in there."
Midoriya said, pointing at a trashcan by the boys bathroom. "I dug it out of his bag when he was taking a shit. Are you happy now?"

"No, get it out." Kira nodded at the trashcan.

"Excuse me? You want me to dig in a trashcan?! That's disgusting!" Midoriya glared at her but she just smiled.

"You should have fucking though of that before tossing it in." She said with a sickly sweet tone. Her voice laced with Malice and sarcasm. "Hurry up, I still haven't eaten yet."

Midoriya's nose wrinkled up with a look of pure disgust. But he complied, walking over to the trashcan. He looked back at Kira and she just stared back.

"Ugh." Midoriya thrust his hand in. "I really hate you."

"Believe me, the feeling is mutual." She said.

"This reminds me of elementary school. When I was actually picked on. People stuck my head in the trashcan, and in toilets... Oh I remember the toilets, the swirlys. At least Kira isn't going to shove my head in a John, at least I don't think she would. But I certainly didn't expect her to make me do this either."
He looked in the trash as his hand searched around for a few moments.
"Well I definitely don't miss being bullied. At least now not everyone in my class wants to humiliate me. Back in elementary there was only... One person... One person who didn't hate me."

He pulled out the bottle finally and looked down at the prescription. Reading it over.

"Katsuki Bakugou."

Kira felt pain, hurt and regret suddenly come from the boy as he remembered how him and Bakugou had once been friends.

"Kacchan... What am I doing?"
He wondered. Kira looked at him in surprise as he stood there for a moment. Wonder what the fuck he was doing. He was bullying and terrorizing the one boy who hadn't done the same to him throughout his childhood.

Kira should have expected this. Even from Midoriya. Yen and yang, there was bad in good and good even in bad. There wasn't just black and white. There was a little grey in the world as well.

"He did this. He made his choice. He hated me first. He broke our friendship FIRST."

His expression hardened again and he shoved the bottle into her hands.
"Now leave me the fuck alone." He hissed.

"Sure, unless you decide to pull shit like that again." Kira shrugged, putting the bottle in her pocket.
