Aizawa had been pissed that Kirishima woke him up. But there was something in the boy's eyes that told him something was wrong.

He was needed.

He followed his student outside without having to exchange many words. Outside was Kira and Bakugou, who were suspiciously close together. Aizawa wasn't dumb, he knew their feelings for each other before they seemed to know about them.

But that was an issue for another day. Right now Kira looked genuinely upset, and that set off alarm bells in Aizawa's mind. If something was up with Kira, that meant something was genuinely wrong.

"Mr Aizawa." Kira mumbled. She couldn't even look him in the eye. Something was wrong. Kira wasn't the type of student to make a big deal out of nothing.

"Kokoa, what's the matter. You can tell me." Aizawa said, stepping closer. Bakugou's arm was still on her shoulder.

"I um... Uraraka's brother. He's a criminal." She said, nodding at the window. Where they could clearly see him.

Aizawa turned and looked. He sure did look like a trouble maker. That's for sure, pierced ears and a shaved head. A red scar
that definitely said he'd been in at least one fight before.

"Did you hear something?" Aizawa guessed. Kira could have picked up something from his mind. A crime either being planned or already committed.

"No I..." She shook her head. Looking from him, to Kirishima then back to the ground.
"He... He drugged me." Kira mumbled.

Aizawa felt a sharp stab in his gut. A quick hot bolt of anger rushing through his veins.
"He what?" Aizawa asked, teeth clinched.

"It was awhile ago. I filed a report the day after." Kira said, biting her lip.
"Him and another guy slipped something into my drink at a concert... They... They found me a little while after. Held me in an alley and shit." Her voice broke a little and she shook her head. "B-bakugou stopped them, he walked back while I was trying to get away. Nothing happened but..."

"The fuck do you mean nothing happened?!"
Bakugou snapped. "That was too fucking much that happened. If you don't do anything Imma have to beat the shit out of him... Again."

"That explains the scar." Aizawa thought with a clinched jaw. Not that it mattered, Bakugou wouldn't see a moment of punishment for that fight.

"Of course I'm going to do something about it." Aizawa said, he felt his quirk wanting to activate out of pure anger. "Legally." He added. Even he felt like pummeling him, he couldn't do that. That could cost him his job as a pro.

Sure he was a criminal. But he was unarmed and not hostile. So attacking him out of the blue would get messy. They needed to restrain him, take him into custody and claw every possible piece of evidence he could find from the kids past to make sure he was convicted.

'Nothing happened' so he didn't get far. Normally that would unfortunately make him hard to convict.

But drugs? Drugs Aizawa could work with. Especially the fact that he used them on a minor.

"Alright. Is that all you remember? Who was the other guy with him?" Aizawa asked.

Kira shook her head. She didn't know that. "Another guy his age, blonde hair. I don't remember much." She whispered.

"I'm so sorry Kira." Kirishima whispered, putting a hand on her other shoulder.

"No I'm... I'm fine, Really. I just... Don't want this to happen to someone else." Kira said. Though she wasn't acting 'fine'. She was really shaken up, he could tell.

Kirishima started to understand Bakugou's drive to kill the guy. Kirishima was just as mad.

"You filed a report right? Did they test to see if you had any drugs in your system?" Aizawa asked Kira.

She nodded. Telling him what kind they found, it was rare and very illegal for a pedestrian to just have. Created by some Villain's quirk years ago and duplicated.

"Alright." Aizawa said. He had to do this quietly, he couldn't make a scene infront of everyone. He wouldn't do that to Kira, she deserved so much better than that. So much better than all of this. "I'll take care of this." He took at step back, thinking.
"If you want to avoid seeing him, or him seeing you I understand. And I suggest you go to your dorm room. I'm going to take him outside before I arrest him, so no one else sees."

Bakugou pulled her slightly, expecting her to agree.

"No." Kira said, not budging. "No I... I want to stay."

"You sure?" Aizawa asked Her. She nodded and he did too. "Alright. I'll be back."

Aizawa left the students there. Kirishima felt so horrible for his friend. Kira kept so much to herself, there were so many things in her past that were horrible. He hated it but there wasn't anything he could do to change what had already happened.

"Are you okay?" Kirishima asked her. Hand still on her shoulder.

"Yeah, Yeah I'm fine... F-for now." She admitted. She might break down later, she always did.

In secret.

"Who's that?"

Uraraka turned to her brother. Her and her parents had been talking to him about training. She knew her brother didn't really like the idea of her doing dangerous things. But he was here, which meant he was starting to support her chosen career. Right?

She looked over at where her brother had been looking. He'd asked for the names of a few of her classmates.

"That's Momo Yayorozu! She's the Vice class representative. One of the smartest students in our class." Uraraka said. She didn't know that her brother could care less about her achievements. He only really liked the look of her.

"Cool." He nodded, his gaze lingering a Little longer on the student. "Yo where's that one guy? You know... The kidnapped one?" Isamu wasn't a complete idiot. He'd figured out that Bakugou was the guy who beat the shit out of him. His face was plastered everywhere, especially after he was kidnapped.

But Kira...

Kira had been so forgettable during the sports festival. She hadn't done anything to stick out, even when she shot down the hero killer. Her face hadn't been shown on the news closely.
Just a blurry shot from the sports festival.

He had no clue that bratty chick he'd grabbed was in his own sister's class.

"Who knows, he probably went to bed already. He's like that." Uraraka shrugged. "Hey Mr Aizawa!" Uraraka waved her teacher over, making his job significantly easier.

He'd just got done calling over a police officer to transport him to the station. They should be here in five minutes.

"Uraraka." He nodded at her. Looking over at her brother. He felt the same hatred he usually felt when seeing an especially horrible criminal. The same he felt towards Shigaraki and the hero killer.

He almost felt like this man was lower than even the league. Dirty and disgusting. He was the type of person Aizawa became a hero to destroy. Men like him, situations like Kira's.

That was his motivation.

As an underground hero back Alley cases seemed to seek him out. They were his specialty. Though normally he disposed of those things in the moment.
This man had gotten away with this for far too long.

"Who's this?" Aizawa asked. Isamu stood up and put out his hand.

"I'm Isamu Uraraka. Nice to meet you sir." He shook the teachers hand.

Aizawa knew his type. It was a technique criminals and low level thugs used to stay out of suspicion.

He was aware that his appearance raised red flags in Aizawa's mind, so he over compensated by being buddy buddy with pro heroes like him. Saying things like "Sir" and being surprisingly polite.

It was all an act. One Aizawa wasn't fooled by. But he could play along with.

"Of course. You're here late." Aizawa stated without much emotion.

"Unfortunately. But a man's gotta work, I'm sure you know what that's like." He said, beginning to sit down.

"I'm sorry?" Aizawa asked, pretending like he couldn't hear him. "Sorry there's so much noise in here."

"Oh? Mr Aizawa are you alright?" Ochaco asked, tilting her head.

"I'm fine. Just need some air." Aizawa said, opening up the idea of going outside.

"Me too honestly." Isamu said with a shrug. Making this way too easy for Aizawa. "I could use a smoke, if that's allowed." He said, glancing at Aizawa. He really just wanted to make sure Bakugou didn't see him. Thinking outside would be safer, he'd taken a risk coming here. But If he didn't he'd hear about it for days.

His mom sure nagged him a lot.

"Only outside." The teacher stated.

"You said you'd quit Isamu." Mrs Uraraka said, holding her husband's hand.

Aizawa hoped he could get the kid alone. He didn't want the parents to see their own son be pulled away in a cop car. He really wished Ochaco wasn't here Either. She was a good student, a good kid. Nothing like her monster of a brother.

"Not now Ma. Works been crazy, I need something to calm me down." Isamu said with what appeared to be genuine conviction in his voice. But Aizawa knew a lie when he heard one.

Aizawa turned to begin the walk outside. Unfortunately he heard everyone else follow.

He couldn't stop them, he didn't want to give this kid any reason to suspect anything. He didn't need to bolt, or decide to stay hiding out inside. Aizawa couldn't afford that difficulty, so he had to allow his family to follow as well.

Aizawa looked around the back porch area. He couldn't see his other students, either they decided to leave or they were hiding out somewhere. He understood either, especially from Kira's perspective. Not wanting to be seen yet.

Isamu lit a cigarette and Aizawa breathed in the clean outside air. Calming himself down.

He was a pro hero, I didn't matter how disturbing the situation was. He had to keep his cool. He had to be level headed. He had to maintain self control to keep the upper hand.

"That's a nasty scar." Aizawa said, looking at Isamu. "What happened?"

Isamu shrugged and let his mother answer.

"He was mugged, earlier in the year. Right after the sports festival." The woman said with a worried frown. "Some thug took all he had on him."

"Granted it wasn't much." Isamu said, removing the cigarette from his mouth.

"I hate that that happened to you." Ochaco said with a pout. "The streets in Hosu are too dangerous."

"Yeah... Maybe one day you can help clean em up little sis." Isamu said. The sentiment sounded just a little condescending. Like an adult reluctantly playing along with the fantasies of a young child.

He didn't think his little sister would actually become a pro hero.

"How old are you?" Aizawa asked Isamu. He liked this game, he was used to cutting up with criminals. Playing their little games to gain as much information on them as he could. Getting all he needed from their own lips.

"Eighteen, too old for your hero school." He said with a smirk. As though Aizawa wanted him here. He seemed to think Aizawa's interest was the opposite of what it was.

"Of course. You're an adult." Aizawa said with a nod. He had to confirm, things would have to be done more delicately if he was a minor. But he was a legal adult, he would be tried as one.

"Have been for almost a year. Bout to turn nineteen." He confessed.

Even better, he was an adult at the time of his crime. Aizawa couldn't help but smile, this would be legally easy.

"What's with the face?" Isamu asked.

"Nothing." Aizawa said, letting his smirk drop. He sighed and looked at Isamu's family.

Ochaco was giving him a weird look. She knew there was something up, but couldn't understand what. Aizawa wanted to tell her to go inside, but he wasn't sure he had that type of authority.

"I want to apologize." Aizawa said, Bowing to the Uraraka's. "Genuinely, for what's about to take place. I understand it might be hard but I assure you it's necessary."

"Mr Aizawa is something wrong?" Ochaco asked, stepping forward.

"...yes." Aizawa nodded, he turned to Isamu.

"Isamu Uraraka, as a pro hero under the law of Japan I am hereby placing you under arrest."
