Love Square (Chapter 9)
Okay this chapter was a bigger but i needed a way too strat the next chapter! So...
Also i won't be uploading this week 'cause i have tomoorow Freach test but Le contrôle est trés facille and the portuguese preparaction exam (did i metion before i hate portuguese?" XD'
Well next chapter is going to have a Bi big big big big twist! And not, nothing paranatural, i am trying to keep the story with natural things! (sort off) XD'

Chapter 9
....
I was running, why? I don't know.
I was in a florest and my path was turning bigger, bigger... and then the path divided in three.
I didn't know where to go, I needed to chose one fast but witch one?
Three figures appeared, one each path and they extended their hands.
Who could I chose?
I concentrated on their faces and saw Daniel, Alex and that boy.
I was frustrated and didn't chose one instead I went to upfront the thing that I was running.
I turned around and saw I huge bear standing up. He had red eyes that looked at me furiously, He
Growled and ltrowed himself at me.
I went t the floor dying with a pool of blood surrounding me hearing a faint "Avril"
"Avril!"
"Avril"
Mmm?
Is someone calling me?
I woke up still dazed trying to remember my dream but I couldn't.
Rrrr. I hate when that happens.
I felt someone with his hand around my waist and face close to my ear wishepring my name over and
over.
I smiled, and turned around grinning.
"What are you doing here? I thought that I was supposed to pick you up on the airport at 6:30!"
He laughed. "Yeah in the morning! Its eleven o'clock you know! I have been waiting for you to wake
up five hours now!"
I blushed. "You know I am a heavy sleeper!"
He laughed again and hugged me, smelling my hair. "I missed you so much!"
I laughed and kissed him full on the lips. "I missed you too, Alex!"
He smiled, is better I get out or I will be having a bad review from you father, he is probably asking
himself what are we doing..."
I kissed him again. "Yeah, get out of my room I am going to get ready and then we are going to have
breakfast..."
He raised a brow "You mean lunch?"
"No, have you eaten?"
"Nop" he hugged me again and went outside saying, "I will be having some bonding time with your
father!"
I laughed "Okay!"
I went to the attached bathroom and washed my teeth's', dressed a simple outfit, a brushed my hair
putting him in a messy ponytail., and put some makeup on.
When I was presentable I went to the living room not finding Alex or my father, I became more
worried.
I bumped to someone. Jean.
"Hey, how are you?" She asked genially worried.
"Ahh.. I am Ok, Where is Alex and Father?"
She laughed, "they are on the tennis camp is right on the hill, they are having a "friendly" game. Do
you want me to take you?"
"Yeah sure, is my father trying to kill Alex or something...and I am hungry." To prove my point my
stomach growled.
She laughed again.
"Okay, I am going to ask Vera to make some sandwiches." She walked to the kitchen leaving me alone
on the living room.
After a minute or so, Jessie, and Matthew enter the room followed by Diana.
Rrrrrr.
"Avil!" Jessie and Mattew screamed at the same time running to me.
I laughed and gaved a kiss to each one. Really sometimes you could say they were twins!
Diana glared at me. "So, how did you escaped?"
I laughed. "Not even a thank you, b****?"
She looked incredulous "You so didn't call me that!"
I laughed again. "What? Are you 8 or something? Of course I called you a B..." She went forward at me
trying to kick me but I was too fast for her and I punched her right in the noise. I heard a loud "crack"
while she went to the floor with her hands covernh her nose, screaming in pain.
Matthew and Jessie looked horrified, I shouldn't be doing this...well I shouldn't be doing these on
front of them but I felt a lot better! I needed to gave her a piece of a possible pain the bear could
cause if I haven't saved her.
Jean, and Vera stormed to the living room after hearing Diana's scream, Vera went to the "protective
mother" role and starting asking what was wrong with Diana.
Diana pointed at me and then her noise. I smiled sweetly. "Aunt I am so sorry, but yesterday do you
know I was almost dead because Diana didn't doo what I said? I saved her butt and she didn't even
try to help me!"
Jean and Vera looked shocked surely they weren't expecting that.
"Jean are the sandwiches ready?"
"Err... Yeah ...they are in the kitchen."
"Thanks."
I went to the kitchen and picked them up and went outside.
I didn't want to be alone with Jean, she would probably lecture me.
I looked around trying to spot the camp.
I went forward still looking around.
I confess I was very scared about meting my dad now. I am sure he won't say nothing in front of Alex
of what happen yesterday but still..., I just need to avoid being alone with him right?
Sigh
*Cough* *cough*
Someone coughed from behind me, I turn around facing Daniel.
Mentally I slapped myself for my "luck".
I SO didn't need this right now.
He shyly smiled at me. "Hey Avril!"
"Hey."
Silence.
"Err...I wanted to say I am sss.." He stopped.
I raised a brow. "You are what?"
"Err...sss....oo.ry!"
Inward I laughed. "Sorry, didn't understand!"
He sighed and locked me in the eyes "I am sorry. I shouldn't have kissed you. I promise it won't
happen again, can you please forgive me? Could we ... start over?" He pleaded me doing the lost
puppy face I adore.
Aww. So cute.
I smiled warmly at him. "Just in two conditions."
"Everything." His eyes were shinning with hope.
I laughed. "Okay then, first you are never going to do it again, second can you show me the way to
the tennis camp?"
He looked a little sadder but he smiled, "Okay, I agree. Fallow me."
He started walking and I fallowed him.
"So...you dad said that you guys are going to buy stuff for your room right, have any ideas how you
want it?"
I squealed. "Can you believe I almost forgot that!? I was thinking..."
I told him in detail what I wanted on my room, he looked impressed.
"Well, well, well. Who would say it. You got style!"
I smacked him playfully.
He laughed and suddenly turned serious.
"So, Alex is your boyfriend uh?" It felt wrong talking about him with Daniel so I asked the same
question.
"So, Jenny is your girlfriend uh?"
He did a confused face. "Its Jessie."
I laughed. "I will take as a no."
"Uh... so about the Alex boy..."
"Avril!" Someone shouted I look around facing a tennis camp. Alex was holding a tennis racket and the
other waving at me.
His dirty blonde hair was short and he had deep green eyes,that I loved.
He was wearing a red T-shirt and some black shorts.
I laughed. Waving my hand in response. I jogged until I reach him, and hugged him.
"Ahem." Someone fake cough.
I look around, blushing finding a smiling figure.
Dad
"So what about we play a 2x2 game, uh?" Dad asked.
"Argh. Dad, I need to eat breakfast first. I said showing him the 4 sandwiches.
"Oh...Okay then when you're done okay? Daniel do you want to play with me?"
"Yeah, sure Richard! You're going to lose anyway!"
I sat down with Alex fallowing me. I gave him 2 sandwiches and we eat our food while watching the
game.
They did three rounds. The first dad won but in the second he started to get tired and Daniel won.
Dad is a very competitive person he just doesn't like to loose so in the third round they could not get
to a final but in the end Dad won.
He laughed and we all imitate it except Daniel, who was moping around wishping how my father
cheated.
While the game, Alex put his hand around my waist. We were laughing easily it had no tension
between us.
"So, you guys are ready, to be busted?" Dad called. Me and Alex laughed.
"You sure about that? We don't want to embarrass you!"
Daniel and Dad laughed and nodded at the same time.
Me and Alex got up and went to our side. I was the one who would serve first.

(A\N: Hate describing in English. I suck so let's just pass the game.)

In the end me and Alex won. I was so excited, I was grinning like an idiot for the first time I looked
forward this camp.
"Okay, kiddos, You all have an hour to get ready whoever wants to go to shopping for Avril's room!"
Dad informed.
I started jumping.
"Yeah! Are you going, Alex?"
"Err... Yeah sure!"
"Okay!"
We all went home. Daniel was silent the most part of the time. I wonder if he is okay?
I went to my temporary room, and Alex went to his guest room, he needed to use the bathroom on
the hall because his hadn't a attached bathroom.
I took a shower and dressed on outfit and put some converse on (don't you guys love them?) I got
my purse and put my ipod, iphone and my wallet there.
When I was ready I went outside.
Dad and Alex were waiting for me. I smiled, excited. "Let's GO!"
They laughed.
"Yeah!"
We went to the garage and went to a KIA jeep.
Sigh I wanted to drive my beatifull car!
Alex went rigid staring in awe at my car.
"Man, this is a such fu..." Dad coughed" Sorry, I mean this car is such a good car."
I raised a brow "Just good? It's amazing, admit it! You're burning in envy!"
He laughed "Maybe but I wont admit anything!"
Dad laughed. "Okay kiddos lets go is already 12:30, we could grab lunch after we pick up the paints,
okay?"
"Yeah dad." We went inside the KIA, me and Alex on the backseats.
Most of the drive was silent. When we got to the paint shop I went to chose a blood red, white and
grey.
When dad finished with paying we went back to the car.
"So where you want to have lunch?"
"Errr... well I am felling like...Chinese! You agree, Alex?"
He laughed, "sure."
Soon enough we were at a Chinese restaurant. We enter and he hostess put us on the table close to the window.
Next to us had a table with five boys who were shameless checking me out, I made like I didn't see,
but Alex keep glaring at them, Did I say before Alex is possessive of me? Well he is.
Dad also started glaring at them and I keep trying to make an easy conversation.
After 10 minutes I gave up and excused myself to go to the bathroom, when I passed the boys' table one whistled at me.
I glared at him. He put his arms up like he was surreding but his eyes glinted with something.
I went to the bathroom, personality I just went there 'cause I wanted to do something.
I was checking my hair and my makeup when I heard a soft click from the bathroom door. I turn
around, and find a boy leading on the door.
The boy who had whistle at me.
"So babe, what's your number?"
"This is the lady's bathroom so get out!"
He laughed. "Feisty. I like them just like you...." He got closer to me, I was getting panicked.
He put his hand under my chin. "G-E-T-O-U-T!" I yell before kicking him, hard enough that I think I
made impossible for him to have kids.
I run to the door while he was yelling in pain.
Another boy from the table came in, he looked at the one yelling in pain and rolled his eyes, sighing.
"Sorry babe. He is a desesperate man, you can go now..."
He went out of my way from the door, I took the opportunity and run to it.
He grabbed my wrist while laughing. "Did you really think I would let you off so easily?"
I growled he was hurting me!
He closed the door and pulled me to the floor. "Now, now you are going to be quiet okay? If not..."
He trailed off, leaving me with monstrous images of me being...stabbed, killed in some sort of way...
He took my silence as a surrewding silence.
Ah, ah you're so wrong about that!
I put my fist up and punched hum right in the noise hearing for the second time today a "crack". He
bent down in pain.
"AVRIL!" Alex yelled from the bathroom door, he run to me and picked me up from the floor.
After seeing the damage I did, he run outside, me being dragged.
People were eyeing us, because we were running, I spot our table, my father was looking at us with a worried expression.
The table that the boys where, was empty.
They probably ran away.
"What happen?" Dad asked.
I was breathless from all the running so I was thankful when Alex answer for me. "That boys... they..."
After Alex explaining the situation to Dad he was mad. "We need to get them on jail, for doing this to
you Avril!"
I found my voice "Dad it isn't worthy. I just want to go home, can we leave the shopping for another
day? Perhaps tomorrow?"
He sighed, not pleased at all.
"Fine! Let's go then." He played the bill of the restaurant and we went to the KIA.
Alex arm was around my waist protectively. I loved him so much in that moment.
The ride back home was in total silence, I just didn't fell like talking. My life has been a total mess since
I came here. I felt like my life was boring always on the same routine but now... now I want the
routine back, I don't like the felling I get for not knowing what is going to happen. I feel helpless.
The ride took half an hour, when we got home I went outside of the garage, Alex still with a arm
around myself. Dad fallowed us close by.
"Richard! I was going to visit you!" A man in his forties with brown-grey hair and green eyes exclaimed.
My father looked at him and literally growled murmuring a "not again" under his breath.
"Hey, Charles, what you want now?" Dad said a little harsher than it was polite.
I was confused my father looked like he completely hated this guy guts.
"Ah, well I was just passing by..." He looked at me and Alex for the first time. "Ah, You got teenage
intruders on your property? Mine has a security system and all!"
"No, they are no intruders, actually the only intruder here is you!"
The guy smiled warmly, pretending not to hear the insult. Really this guy looks very stupid.
Me and Alex were watching the little argument like the tennis game, earlier!
"Then, who are you dears?" Charles asked.
"Ahh..." I didn't know why but suddenly that unknown dude warning came too mind, he hadn't black
hair or green eyes but still...
"She is my first marriage daughter, Avril. And this is her boyfriend Alex."
Alex nodded when my dad said his name. But I was suddenly scared by the way Charles stared at
me. "Your daughter?"
"Yes." Dad said. The man's eyes were glinting with something and he grinned at me.
"You have a beautiful girl, Richard!" Charles grinned.
Dad murmured a "tanks".
Don't you hate when people are talking about you in front of your eyes? Talking like you are not even
there or you don't have a mouth? Well I do!
I fake coughed.
Charles looked at me with a apologetic smile "Sorry!" Then he turns to my dad "Richard! I completely
forgot about the paper I need you to sign..."
My father raised a brow "And what are they about?"
"Uh, about the 2 trucks and the property I bought from you. Its not legal yet, and you know I am the lawyer of my brother, I am going to get them!" He turns around to leave but again he turns to us grinning even more. Really this guy looked like the cat from Alice in wonderland!
"What about I come here in an hour because I have something to take care of...and you and your
family are invited to a formal dinner at our home? To celebrate mines and my brothers achievements' and of course your daughter arrival!"
Alex fake coughed. Weren't we faking cough a lot lately?
"Oh, and your arrival too, of course" but his face was telling that he didn't want him on his home.
I was hating this man more and more as the time passed. Alex looked hurt. I squeezed his hand
assuredly him.
He send me a sad smile that broke my heart.
Dad sighed. "Can't you just get the papers here? Because Avril and Alex got a full day..."
"Non, non non!" He made a bad freach accet. "We must celebrate your daughter arrival and Zack's too
of course!" He smiled happily.
"It's Alex sir." I corrected impatiently.
He smiled. "Him too!"
Me, Alex and dad sighed at the same time.
Ugh. This guy is impossible!
"Okay then, what time is the dinner?" Father finally give in.
"Ahh, I think 7:30 is a good time don't you?"
"Yes, then come to my office later so I can sign the papers! Bye!"
"Will do, bye Richard, Avril." He turned around not even saying bye too Alex.
Ugh.
My father started walking over the house, pissed.
"Dad, who's that man anyways?"
"Aw... Well that annoying guy is the lawyer of his brother, the owner of a construction company that
tries to buy the Walter's." He sighed "He has been competing with me everything... "
Me and Alex "ohed"
"Yeah, you can go now I need to talk to Jean"
"Okay!" Me and Alex nodded.
Really sometimes I wonder if we are fake twins!
We went back home asking each other what's' that dude problem.
Little did we know the problems He would give us.

So maybe you were expecting a more interting chapter? Well sory for that but i needed a chapter that would lead to other stuff....
So i am still looking for a name to the mysterius guy rsrsrs any suggestions?
Also who has any funny ideas Alyson too prank Avril?
And whats the dress Avril is goying to dress?
