I was thinking of putting a longer chapter but it didn't get to 10 votes! Also in my opinion this chapter is hilarius and the next one too! I left a cliffhanger.

It's the thing than can be used by boats for asking help, also people used it on new years, it does noise, it's a bottle normally white that works with pressure. Any ideas what this is?)

Avril's POV
I Went to the library, knocked and when I heard a soft "come in" I went up.
I looked around envious, I had already seen the library but the pile of books were still impressive and
there huge lines and lines of books.
You could say as Geek as it sounds reading is like a drug to me. And nop, I am no Geek!
"Hey, Avril! Ready to the surprise?"
"Yeah!" I smiled faking enthusiasm.
I still couldn't believe what happen, how different he is from the last time I saw him but after all it has
passed four years.
Anyway wouldn't become depressed when obvious Jean is trying to "surprise" me.
And that doesn't really help 'cause I hate surprises.
Sigh.
I am just the kinda of person who likes to know what is going to happen.
Jean made a apologetic face, she also hated surprises but she was doing one ironic uh?
"I promise you that you will love this one!"
I laughed
"Okay then, show me! I 'm ready!"
"Err. It's not here it's on the garage"
I raised a brow.
She laughed
"I won't said what It is, just follow me!"
I did. We got out of the main house and went to the back of the second house where there was a
HUGE garage.
"Why such a big garage? And why two houses?"
She laughed again. "You want to see who lives ther..?" She was cut off when the door of the house
number two was busted open.
I looked at it and saw a woman in her thirties with short black hair, smiling at me.
I smiled back "Aunt!" I squealed.
She was Vera my aunt and Godmother she married my auncle Peter.
"Hi Avril." She came down and gave me a hug."Nobody told me you were coming this year! It has been
what?... Four years? So good to see you you're so big and pretty. Do you have a boyfriend?"
Why does she need to ask always that?
I blushed.
I completely forgot about him.
I promised that I would phone him.
Shit!
I kissed ...I mean Daniel kissed me. That's not cheating right?
Seeing my face she smiled. "Something wrong?"
I looked at Jean. I don't think I'm ready for my father to know it. I am ok with Vera because she was
the one who made me girly, she was the one who teach me how to apply makeup and she is my
shopping partner.
She has two girls one who is two years younger than me (15) Her name is Diana and when we were
small we were inseparable.
The other was only four the last time I saw her she should be 8 years old now. Her name is Alyson.
"Err...I... well yes I have" I said low so Jean couldn't hear. "Where is Diana? Long time no see her!"
She seemed to understand that I didn't want Jean to know and nodded.
I was thankful to her for that. She was one of my favorites Aunts.
"She is inside! Wanna see her.."
"Mom! Where are my eyeliner?" Someone yelled from inside. "Diana sweetie come here!"
A minute later a Goth girl pooped out. My eyes were surreally wide. "Ddd...i..ana? Is that really you?"
She looked at me with a bored expression, and when she finally realized who it was she grinned "Avril!
No time no see! How are you? I didn't know you were here!" By then she was squealing, jumping up
and down and then hugging me.
I laughed.
She was so different from last time I saw her. I mean now she was Goth and all that, she painted her
hair of black she was wearing black and dark purple and now she is taller. Taller than me.
I hate being shorter than a younger person it's embarrassing.
I hugged her back
"Hey girl you're so different!" I squealed.
She laughed.
"Girls I know you haven't seen each other in four years but I really want to show her the surprise." My
aunt and Diana laughed.
"Mom! I want a hamburger! Can you do one?" Some eight year girl come out of the house. Alyson.
Spotting me she stooped and stared. "Mom who is she?"
Aunt laughed "You cousin! Avril!"
She stared at me and then smirked evilly "Really? How long are you going to stay?"
"Oh, all the summer before I need to go to My school in England" I smiled.
"Mmm. That gives me enough time" She murmurs to herself and grins at me. "Great to met you I am
Alyson" She extended her hand.
I don't know why but I had a bad felling about this girl.
I shook her hand.
Jean fake cough "You ready? 'Cause I am getting impatient!"
I laughed "Ok, let's go!"
We walked to the garage there were a blanket blocking the "surprise".
Jean Grinned at me "Take the blanket out!"
I did the blanket was silky, and when I took it off I found a GOLF CAR!
"Err... Thanks Jean you know how much I LOVED to drive the Golf car around but that was when I
couldn't drive a real car now I have the license..."
She laughed.
"I know that. We were just needing a golf car 'cause this house is so big that I get tired! Your
present is this!"
She pushed me further on the garage. Until we were faced with another but LONG silky blanket.
For sure a car.
I squealed and grinned. I pushed the blanked out.
"Oh my God!" It was the only thing that would came out.
There in front of was the most cool and beautiful car I've seen on my short live. And I needed to say
that I don't understand much about cars!
It was a red (my favorite color) Ferrari 430 Scuderia Spider 16M and it was all mine!

I'm sure I was grinning like an idiot but I just couldn't help it.
"I will take that as "I love it" and "thank you"" Jean teased.
I laughed. "Love? Nop we need to create a new word for describe what I am felling!" I laughed.
"Avril!" I turn around to see Alyson looking at me with puppy eyes. "How old were you when you learned how to drive the golf car?"
I raised a brow. Why she would want to know? "When I was seven. Why?"
She grined. "So can you teach me how to drive it?"
"Ah..ah.. you're too young!" Shit I don't want to be a baby-sister right now!
She made a face "But you were seven when you started! I am eight a year older than when you were
then! Please!"
"Yeah Avril! Why don't you have some bounding time with Alyson?" Jean encouraged and Vera and
Diana nodded.
I sighed and looked at the brat "Okay ,but only if you do exactly like I say, kay?"
She nodded and grinned "Okay! Let's go"

Five minutes later we were outside with the golf car.
The Brat...I mean Alyson was on the driver seat and I was besides her explaining what the pedals were
for. How to start and stop the car and How much pressure you need it to start moving.
Alyson was nodding at all what I said.
I sighed.
Jean was with her camera filming us, while Vera and Diana were watching.
"Okay then. You have the basics, move this thing!" I encouraged her.
I was silently praying at God to not let me die tonight.
"Yeah!"
With that She putted her feet on the accelerator and the car started going at the direction of a big
tree at full speed.
I started screaming seeing my live passing by.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, PUT YOUR FEET ON THE BRAKE!"
She was laughing so hard that there were tears on her eyes.
She wants to kill me!
Then the car stooped like 5cm before crashing to the tree.
I sighed relived.
My God I am so young, I have so many things to do before I go.
When I was getting up to get out of the golf car, Alyson touched the reverse button, so now we
we're going back.
I fallen to my seat.
"STOP! I want to get out!"
She glanced at me "Are you scared?"
"Pff. Brat listen up. I am older than you so here I command! So stop the freaking car."
"Pff. You didn't say "I command" Did you? Now you listen up! I am the driver so I am the one who
command get it? I go wherever I want!"
When we did a full curve, we're now facing the front lagoon, she put her feet again on the
accelerator. "Fuck. You stupid we're are going to the lagoon!"
"Really? You're so intelligent! But I need to make a correction there. I aint going to the lagoon
you're. ALONE!"
Laughing, at 5 meters before going to the lagoon she jumped out off the car. Leaving me there.
Too shocked to move.
I closed my eyes thinking all the good things on my live.
My friends, family, my sweet boyfriend all the good moments and...and.. Daniel Kiss?
No that's not right. I closed my eyes wishing my death would be quick.
The car was in the air on a nanosecond and the other, water was covering me, I started swimming my
way out of the lagoon.
And to my surprise I did it.
I was breathless. And all wet but I made it! I am Alive!
I laughed, collapsing on the grass.
Vera and Diana came screaming asking if I was ok.
Jean was laughing so hard. "I can't believe I got that on camera that was the most funny thing I have
ever seen!"
"Ah ah ah. For me that was the most scary thing I have ever experienced!" I faked a laugh.
I spotted Alyson on the grass. She had blond on here knees and hands.
Our eyes locked and I putting my tongue out, murmuring "Brat" in a way so she could see.
I know that it was childish but I couldn't help myself. I was seeing a long, long summer with the Brat torturing me.
Diana Helped me getting up. And we went home. I think I has enough exploring for today!
When I got to my temporary room, I went to his attached bathroom and took a long hot bath.
After a hour. I was completely relaxed and dressed I heard a knock on the door.
"Who is it?"
"A Ghost!" I heard my father saying. "I come here to ask you if you want to have a wii tourné?"
"YES! I bet I can beat you any game. 10 $ dollars each?"
Me and my father had this crazy wii tornées all the time and when I was out of cash I bet and won so I
had some to buy the stuff I wanted, I think I won over a thousand dollars just with wii bets.
I also remember the bet we did about running around this big lagoon (live 4 km) without stop. I did it
with my stepmother and never stopped in the end I couldn't move a feet but I won 100 dollars to
buy my body board! (I'm crazy, I like to do different sports.)
He laughed. "No money this time or I am going broke with you!"
I blushed, I open the door and we went to the living room.
I could hear Jean from the Kitchen, preparing dinner.
He put the wii on an passed one control.
We played tennis, basketball, whacking people with snow balls and a lot of games more, Finally I was
done.
"Already tired? And I was thinking of taking you to work with me." He shock his head in disappointed.
I laughed. "You're the boss. Do you need to do any manual work at all?"
He made a hurt face "Of course. I need to gave the example, with my daughter working they will think
how great boos I am "
""Sorry, I don't think making you daughter work will improve your statues."
He laughed.
"Avril, Ricky! Food is ready!" Jean yelled from the kitchen.
We got up and helped set the table.
After everything was done, she looked around with a raised brow.
"Huh? Were is Daniel?" my head snapped up.
Picked up a cup and went to the fridge took some water and ice out. And started drinking.
"I think he is in his room!" Father said.
"Oh!" She turned to me. "Avril sweetie, can you call him?"
Shit.
Why me?
I could not say no, that would be weird and suspicious.
"Okay!"
"Do you know were his room is?"
"Yes. I've seen it!"
"Okay then, Ricky you are going to call you brother and his family over."
"Okay," he took the phone out while I went to the place were I last wanted to be.
When I got to his door a knocked.
No answer.
I knocked again, stronger.
No answer. I frowned opening the door.
His room as all dark I could see a guitar on the floor and a figure sleeping on the bed with a soft snore.
I smirked.
It's payback time.
