The chamber erupted with tension as Ken, in his monstrous werewolf form, loomed before Kosu and his team. The sheer size of him was overwhelming, and for a moment, shock rendered them speechless. But then Thorn's eyes widened in recognition.

"Wait... Ken?" Thorn gasped, realization dawning. "I saw you during our exploration. I thought you were some kind of enormous creature!"

"Yes, well, that monstrounous appearance was mine" Ken replied with a sad tone, his voice a low growl that echoed off the stone walls. He took a step closer, eyes locked onto the dungeon core, which pulsed ominously behind them. "I'm here to take the core. Silver Eclipse needs this."

Thorn and Kosu exchanged uneasy glances. The mention of Silver Eclipse sent a ripple of confusion through the team. "What do you mean by that?" Thorn asked, his voice cautious.

Ken hesitated, sensing the weight of his words. "You don't need to know. The existence of Silver Eclipse shouldn't be disclosed to outsiders."

"Then why should we trust you?" Kosu countered, his tone sharp. "You just stole the core."

"I'm offering a deal," Ken said, his expression earnest. "Since you came here to destroy the core, I can take it outside. That way, we can avoid a needless fight."

Kosu paused, weighing the proposal. "But what happens if you take it outside? The core is the heart of this dungeon. If it's removed, the whole place could collapse and disconnect from our world."

Thorn nodded, his concern evident. "We've seen what happens when people try to exploit the core's power. We can't afford to let that happen again."

Kosu thought for a moment before speaking again. "There's an organization called Black Sun. They want to harness the dungeon's power for themselves, and I won't let anyone else take advantage of it."

At the mention of Black Sun, Ken's demeanor shifted. Fury ignited in his golden eyes, and his expression twisted with rage. "Black Sun? Those bastards!" he roared, his voice echoing in the chamber. "They've caused enough destruction already! I won't let them ruin anything else!"

Before Kosu could respond, Ken's fury boiled over. The calm facade shattered, and he lunged forward, the air crackling with tension as he charged at Kosu's team.

"Get ready!" Thrain shouted, drawing his weapon as the situation erupted into chaos.

Kosu barely had time to react, adrenaline surging through his veins. "We have to defend ourselves! Thorn, stay back!"

Thrain grunted as he narrowly avoided another swipe from Ken, the sheer force of the attack sending tremors through the ground. "This guy is a monster! He's too powerful!"

Ken roared, his voice echoing off the stone walls, and charged again, each movement a display of raw, monstrous power. His claws slashed through the air, and the team was forced to dodge and weave, their attacks seeming futile against his sheer strength. Every strike they landed barely fazed him, and Kosu could feel the frustration rising.

"Keep your cool, Kosu!" Thorn called out, his voice strained but clear despite his injuries. "Don't let his power intimidate you!"

With determination, Kosu nodded, taking a moment to breathe. Thorn, though clearly in pain, struggled to rise. "I may not be able to fight like I used to, but I can still help! Let's show him what we're made of!"

Channeling his remaining strength, Thorn summoned his wind magic, weaving a series of wind arrows that flew toward Ken with precision. The arrows struck true, but Ken barely flinched, shaking them off as if they were nothing.

"Thorn, don't push yourself!" Kara shouted, worry etched on her face.

"I can handle it!" Thorn grunted, focusing on his magic. "We need to weaken him!"

Seeing his friend's determination inspired Kosu. He took a deep breath, calling upon his Soul Charge ability. A surge of energy coursed through him, amplifying his strength and speed to their peak. He could feel the raw power surging within him, ready to be unleashed.

"Here goes!" Kosu yelled, focusing his mind. He summoned his Mind Slash, a skill that allowed him to cut through space itself. A shimmering blade of energy formed at his command, and he launched it at Ken with all his might.

The attack connected, and for the first time, Ken staggered back, a deep gash appearing on his arm. But as he reeled, a horrifying sight unfolded. Ken, in a fit of rage and pain, doubled over and expelled a gruesome mass of flesh—goblin remains that he had consumed during the slaughter.

"What have you done?!" Kara gasped, horror etched across her face.

Ken's eyes blazed with fury, the remnants of his humanity slipping away as the beast within him took over. "You think you can judge me?" he roared, his voice a guttural growl. "I will tear you apart!"

Enraged, Ken charged at them again, his monstrous form radiating malice. Kosu felt the atmosphere shift, the air thickening with the promise of violence as Ken prepared for a deathmatch.

"Everyone, regroup!" Thrain shouted, positioning himself defensively in front of the team. "We need to hold our ground! We can't let him overwhelm us!"

Kosu, fueled by both determination and dread, faced Ken. "We can't let this end in bloodshed! We need to find a way to break through to him!"
