"So! Time to brainstorm!!" Iida announced, taking control of the discussion.
UA high was having yet another festival. This time though, they would NOT be encouraging their students to fight to the death.
Each class was putting together some type of entertainment for their fellow students. Whether by setting up a game booth or a good stand or something else. It was really up to them. And that was the problem.
"MAID CAFE!!"
"Haunted house!"
"Group study session!"
"Perhaps something educational... Like a history presentation!"
"Maybe a skit?"
"A FIGHT TO THE DEATH!!"
"A FUN HOUSE!"
"What's that?" Momo asked Hagakure with a polite frown.
"You guys don't know what a fun house is?"
Kira asked with a yawn. "It's like a house of mirrors and other little cheap tricks. They're cute."
"See!!! Kira gets it!" Hagakure pointed at Kira, or at least it looked like she did. No one can really tell.
"I say we do a dunk tank!" Kira raised her hands. "Where they throw baseballs to hit someone into a pool of water!"
"Uh... Wouldn't that just mean we all get hit into a pool of water?" Sero asked with a frown.
"Uh... Duh. It's trending at UA to hate us. They'll love it." Kira crossed her arms. "I volunteer Deku."
"You can't do that!" Midoriya pouted.
"That's not a bad idea actually Kira. It's simple and doable. But I don't think your classmates appreciate the suggestion." Iida pointed out with a frown.
"Fine then. I vote for fight to the death." She nodded to Bakugou.
"HELL YEAH!!" Bakugou said and Kira gave him a high five.
"I feel like you two aren't taking this seriously." Momo frowned. "As usual."
"Sure we are! What about study session? Don't we study all the time? This is supposed to be something fun and special." Kira asked.
"Studying is fun..." Momo mumbled, wiping her own suggestion from the board.
So needless to say they didn't get anywhere the first time around.

The second time Kira and the other kids involved in the raid weren't there. Having to take classes to make up for the ones that they missed.
"Alright, that's all for today." Aizawa nodded, closing his book.
"Oh thank God."
"Too... Much... Learning..."
"I'm glad I'm catching up."
"Ribbit."
"Also... I wanted you all to know Eri is completely stable now." He added, taking them off guard. "She's been awake for a full day and shows no signs of developing another fever. Her quirk has also stayed calm."
Kira knew all this. She hadn't even cared in the first place about Eri's quirk possibly malfunctioning. But Aizawa didn't really know that Kira snuck in to visit her before leaving the hospital. Finding her in a window between sleeping and bursts of fever.
"Oh really!? I'm so glad!" Uraraka said with a big smile. "Do you think she'll be okay?"
"She's recovering just fine. But has some obvious mental trauma that we're preparing to work through." Aizawa nodded. "She wanted to see Kokoa and Midoriya."
Kira perked up and so did Midoriya.
"Really?" Midoriya asked with a smile. "Me? She remembers me!"
"Since she's made no other requests, were going to grant this one. Mirio will also be coming to see her." Aizawa explained. "I'll take you two tomorrow. I'll see about maybe giving the rest of you a chance to visit as well. If you'd like."
"Of course I would!" Uraraka smiled and Tsu nodded.
"Yeah, Ribbit. I haven't really gotten to meet her yet." Tsu added.
"I'd totally love to hang out with her!" Kirishima smiled happily. Just like usual, he'd bounced back quickly from what happened.
Kira smiled happily, she got to see Eri again. She didn't really care if that meant she had to share the visit with Midoriya. As long as she got to make sure she was alright.

"Eri!" Kira said with a smile as her and the two boys walked in.
"K-koko!" Eri said happily. Looking behind her. "L-lemillion." She said. She seemed to be doing better. Not very expressive but looked perkier. More alert, red eyes wide and looking around.
"I... I don't know what to call you." She looked at Midoriya. "I know Lemillion and Koko but... I'm sorry I don't... I can't..."
"Can't remember words... Did he tell me? Did I forget?"
Kira pat Eri on the head. Opposed to the boys, Kira ignored the extra chair and sat cross legged next to Eri. Who was perfectly comfortable with it.
"I'm Izuku Midoriya!" Izuku introduced with excitement. "My hero name is Deku- You know what just stick with that. It's shorter."
"De...ku?" Eri asked nervously. He nodded. "Lemillion and Deku and Koko." She said, looking at each of them.
"I will remember."
"Koko?" Mirio asked Kira with a small smile.
"It's what kids call me." Kira shrugged. "Cus it's easy."
"Haha nice." Lemillion looked back at Eri as she frowned.
"And... What about the guy with the glasses?" Eri asked slowly. Kira's muscles tightened.
Nighteye.
Eri didn't know, and she shouldn't. Not while she blamed herself for everything already. Hearing of his death would destroy her. Deku hesitated and Kira made eye contact with him, subtly shaking her head.
"Right of course. She shouldn't know that. I'm not dumb Kira, you don't need to signal these things to me."
He thought, smiling at Eri. Who thankfully moved on.
"You lost your power because of me Lemillion... And you all got hurt. Trying to save me. It's my fault." She whimpered. "I'm sorry..."
"It isn't your fault Eri." Kira whispered, patting her back gently.
"Eri." Mirio put his hand on Eri's head. He smiled brightly. "I know none of us think it's your fault. You know what everyone is thinking? 'Man, I'm sure glad Eri's okay!' we did what we did because we wanted to see you smile!"
He leaned back, satisfied with his comfort.
Eri stared at him. Thinking hard. "Smile... Smile... Like he's smiling. Just like that... I don't remember ever smiling before... I want to try."
Eri pinched her cheeks and tried to force her lips into a smile. Struggling profusely to meet his one request, only to fail.
Kira covered her mouth, she wanted to cry. It was so sad that Eri didn't even know how to do that. Smile. She knew nothing but pain.
"I'm sorry... It's silly but I don't... I don't remember how to smile." Eri said, clinching the fabric of her dress.
"Eri..." Midoriya thought with a frown. "After all this it's like Overhaul is still with her... Like we haven't saved her. She's still Hurting."
Kira glanced over. She wasn't used to his thoughts being so selfless. Normally there was a twist to them. Some secret motive or manipulation. Not now though.
Not with Eri.
"There has to be something I can do!" He thought. Thinking hard. Then he got up, an idea boiling in his mind.
Eri seemed confused but moved on as she remembered something, she turned to Kira. Holding her arm and tugging on her sleeve.
"Koko I have... I have a question."
"What is it Eri?" Kira asked, tilting her head.
"I haven't heard you... S-since you saved me. You used to only talk in my head. What happened?" Eri asked. "Did she lose a power too? Because of me?"
"Oh." Kira smiled. "That's my quirk. Normally I can just hear people's thoughts, what's in their head. Sometimes I can talk back to them like I did to you. To make sure they're okay, but that's just a little harder." Kira explained. "Now that you're safe I can talk to you like this! And I don't have to use my quirk."
"So you won't anymore?" Eri asked, just a little disappointed.
"No, I'm sorry Eri. But just remember that I'm still with you. I'm still your friend, now we can talk anytime. Face to face." Kira assured her.
"She should come with us to the festival!" Midoriya said, his conversation with Aizawa loud enough for them to over hear.
"That's the best idea ever!" Mirio said in excitement.
"What's a festival?"
